Dr. Mistr is a graduate of VCU Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (formally known as MCV) and earned his bachelors degree from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association.
Dr. Mistr is committed to practicing at the highest level. To that end, he seeks continuing education opportunities with some of the best clinicians in the country and is continuously consulting and collaborating with experts in his field to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients. Tyler is exceedingly honored to serve as a local dentist for a number of retired dentists in the area, whose clinical expertise he values as well.
Dr. Nancy Bollinger has been in practice since 1996. She was born in Newport News, VA. After attending Virginia Tech for her undergraduate degree, she continued on to the VCU Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (formally known as MCV). She then completed a one year post graduate training in Advanced General Dentistry and then another year of graduate training in General Practice Residency. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Shenandoah Valley Dental Association. Dr. Bollinger regularly volunteers at the Dental Clinic of the Northern Shenandoah Valley for the underserved of Winchester. She is married to Damon DeArment, who is a partner at Shenandoah Valley Orthodontic Associates. They have four daughters, Olivia, Natalie, AnneElyse and Audrey. In Dr. Bollingers free time, she enjoys tennis, skiing, working out and spending time with her family.
Nancireceived her Dental Assistant Certificate from DATS in 2005, joined Winchester Dentistry in 2012 and uses her hard work and versatility to help the practice run smoothly. She loves being part of such a caring and compassionate team that keeps a professional and a just like family feel. Making sure each patient has a good, positive experience at the dentist is how she knows she has done her job. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking and spending time with her family. She has two daughters, Jilian and Brianna and a son, Brandon.
LouAnnwas born and raised in Chambersburg and Northumberland, Pennsylvania prior to moving to Virginia and graduating from Warren County High School. She received an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene Degree from Northern Virginia College. She joined our practice in 2004 and enjoys getting to know her patients and watching their families grow throughout the years. Lou Ann and her husband, Charles are blessed with two children, Lauryn and Caleb.
Joannewas born and raised in a small town in Upstate New York. In 1978 she graduated from Erie Community College with an AAS in Dental Hygiene and in 1979 from Old Dominion University with a BS in Dental Hygiene. She has been in private practice ever since that time and truly loves her profession. She and her husband, Bruce, moved to Winchester in 1981 and have two daughters and one son all married and living locally. They also have five grandchildren. Joannes hobbies include sports, gardening, reading and baking. She feels blessed to be working for Dr. Mistr and Dr. Bollinger and all the wonderful staff at Winchester Dentistry.
Keciabrings over 25 years of dental experience and has been with our office since 2013. She is married to her wonderful husband, Wesley and has two grown children, two rescue dogs and a parrot. Kecia loves being part of an amazing team that feels like family. She enjoys her job every day and provides a friendly, comfortable and relaxing experience during the patients procedures. Kecia enjoys visiting with her patients and looks forward to their future visits to catch up. In her time off she likes cooking, reading, speed walking and many crafts and is currently making a custom dollhouse.
