Dr. Vassar and his wife, Kaitlyn, live in Madison with their three children, Mary Auden, John William and Elizabeth Kate along with their two cats, Ryder and Oliver. He's a deacon and life group leader at Broadmoor church & enjoys riding bikes, kayaking & greek food! Dr. Vassar loves international missions & has served on dental missions trips the past 11 years on 4 different continents. Dr. Vassar is a clinical faculty member at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry and is one of only 4 board-certified orthodontists practicing in the Jackson, MS area. His research on palatal expansion has been presented in Boston & San Francisco & published in the professional journal The Angle Orthodontist. His favorite part of orthodontics is getting to develop relationships with patients of all ages & watching them become more confident in their new smile!
Dr. Boleware is a native of Madison, MS. He and his wife, Hannah, now reside in Flora and have one daughter, Hadley. They are active members of Parkway Church where they volunteer in the Sunday school department. He is an avid sportsman and enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing. Dr. Boleware is happy to be a part of B.V. Ortho and helping their patients achieve life-changing smiles!

The best service for orthodontics in the metro Jackson area! The attention to detail and desire for excellent results far superseded my expectations as an adult. I am sending my children for consultations with confidence. Dr. Vassar provides excellent care and the results are proof. He was always available to answer questions and explain procedure. From consultation to appliance removal Dr. Vassar was the phenomenal orthodontist.

Dr. Bierdeman and Dr. Vassar have put braces on two of my children and they have done excellent work on their teeth. Both had very crowded teeth but with the expertise of the Doctors, they didn't have to have any teeth removed and the end result was fabulous smiles. Also, the staff are kind, friendly and great at keeping you informed of your child's progress and appointments. I think they are the BEST Orthodontists out there.

I am so relieved to have found this orthodontist group. This group truly encompasses both a professional and personalized approach. I am not sure I can say enough to give anyone a real idea of how good these folks really are. I am older than the usual age of someone needing braces for complicated correctional work, so I was a little more skeptical. From the initial phone call from Donna, to the final presentation of my treatment plan by dr Vassar, I was convinced I had found a group of professional, knowledgeable and caring individuals that were truly going to take care of me. Never have I had an experience as a consumer, where not once did I have any doubts, nor question their capability or sincerity!
