Their scheduling was a nightmare and once they called me 3 hours before to ask if I could come in to fill a time slot; I didn't think that was courteous or respectful. I was able to find another Dentist in the area and got an appointment right away.

Terrible terrible terrible, do not go here!! Worst dentist experience ever. So far it has been a really awful experience. I had to schedule my appointment months in advanced and they called to reschedule 3 times after that. Super unprofessional when they answer the phone as well. I went in for my first appointment and they only had time to do X-rays and couldn't do my cleaning and scheduled my cleaning for 6 weeks after the fact. I've never been to a dentist where they do not do the cleaning and X-rays in the same session. DO NOT COME HERE, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have gone here for about 10 years now and the office and hygienists are subpar these days. They recently called me to schedule a cleaning and i show up and they want me to pay. I told them my insurance covers 100%. She lady at the desk then said they were now out of network. Thanks for wasting my time.

Been going there for 10 years. In the beginning it was good. Clean friendly etc. I was alittle annoyed they will call you 5 times to confirm your appointment. I asked them nicely to just send me an email to confirm an appointment and I'll respond back. I noticed over the last 5 years different ppl up front. That's ok but I have to explain to the new lady just email me and I'll confirm back. Every time I go in for a cleaning (2x per year) it's a different set of ppl. I have to explain to the new ppl I don't want a phone call to confirm. You would think it would be in my chart right? The hygienist I used doesn't work there anymore that's a bummer she was the best. So here it is 2022 I made an appointment for cleaning and of course something happened they called (not email me) to reschedule. Ugh...I sent an email when I can come in for a cleaning.This lady never emailed me back. Then this is the kicker she would call (and Dr. Cummings husband too)5x's leaving a message for someone else to reschedule!!! WTH? I finally called back got the Dr.'s husband told him I'm not so and so plz stop calling. Oh no I still got a voicemail asking for so and so!!! I had to block there number. My God I'm done going somewhere else! They obviously have a problem hiring people keeping people I don't know it's sad.

Was very pleasant and am pleased with my dentures! Have to have a reline done, but no worries!Had the relines done and couldn't be happier! They are so comfortable! Recommend them to everyone who wants to know where I got them! Hector who makes them is an artiste! Dr. Cunningham is a gem also! Look forward to many years with these appliances!

Dr. Cunningham and her staff were amazing! They were able to get me in quickly and did a great job. The Dr. is very calming, friendly, and professional. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I would not recommend. Pricy, painful, unprofessional, long waits, disrespectful to patient: after paying over $3,200 out of my own pocket for $4,400 bridge, they refused to put in because of balance of under $280. (Would someone who spent $3200 stiff a dentist for $280? I wouldnt!) They do employ many people (which is nice) and bridge looks good but hurts (prob need route canal) & can't get floss through one of the teeth even with superfloss threader and temporary bottom plate crooked and falls out when I eat. At least they waved the $150 cost but billed insurance $900. BTW, beware of the high pressure sales tactics when they prepare your treatment plan. They must have seen me coming. I think you sleep just fine doc, hope I didn't just waste $4,400, I'm not wealthy!!

I made an appointment about one month out gave them my insurance info. They call the day prior to confirm my appointment. The next day an hour before my appointment they call and say "we don't take your insurance" I get on the phone with my insurance and ask if they can guide me with an In network provider they mention this place my insurance calls them and asked them what happened they lied either to me or my insurance and say they weren't taking new patients. Why did you schedule me if you weren't taking any new patients? Major red flag.

Worse dentist experience I've ever had. Not to mention they just changed insurance on me when I'm going to get a cleaning done in TWO DAYS. I'VE BEEN WAITING TWO MONTHS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. Worst unprofessional team ever. Not to mention the dentist told me my gums were a set up for a failure. Who tf does that? I have cavities filled there that they've put to much on and I can feel the filling on top of my tooth. I've had a friend who had a tooth removed and they left part od their tooth in the hole. If you're looking for a good dentist, look elsewhere.

The most horrible dental experience that you could ever imagine. The dentist did not even explain anything to me prior to going to work in my mouth. This is not a place that is about conservative dentistry. All they want to do is drill your teeth out, and put crowns on them. Also, they did about 50 x-rays of my mouth. Not to mention the Board of Health should come shut them down, because it's so unhygienic there. I was absolutely terrorized in this dental office. If you care about your oral health, and your mental health, don't go to this dentist.

I had a filling done with them in June 2018, which had been extremely sensitive since she did it (I didn't feel it at all before she touched it, I honestly didn't even know it was there until she touched it) the filling she did fell out 2 years later (November 2020) and the tooth itself broke two days later while I was brushing my teeth. My new dentist ended up having to pull the tooth and replace it with an implant because it was so decayed under the filling it was completely unsalvageable, which means it wasn't filled properly to begin with! She also broke the two teeth below the one she filled, and I ended up having to get an implant and a crown for those. The cleaning they did for me was also the most painful cleaning I've ever had, and they didn't even clean my teeth very well. They also kept trying to sell myself and my husband a bunch of unnecessary things. Not to mention the random extra charges they sent to our insurance company for things that were never done... Making the mistake of going here in the first place has ended up costing me thousands of dollars to rectify, and tremendous amounts of pain. Please don't go here, you'll regret it.

Was a great office and well ran when they had a EXPERIENCE office manager I believe her name was Susan. Not sure who the office manager is now but it's total chaos! Office is poorly ran, when called with questions on your account they tell you the office manager will call you back...its days before you ever hear from them..as of this writing it's been 36 hours and never heard from office manager. Called office again to find out why, comment was HE will call you back as soon as he can. I always pay in full at time of service. When went to pay was told I owe nothing cause I have a credit. Month later I get a bill for Fluoride which I knew up front but they told me I owe nothing. No biggie I paid. 2 months from visit I get another bill for $56, called office and the chaos begins. No call back from office manager, office people can't answer questions, GO ELSEWHERE UNTIL OFFICE MANAGER IS FIRED. HORRIBLE OFFICE MANNERS I EVER SAW in any doctors/dentist offices

Took my client who is blind they cancelled his appt 3 times and moved it. Finally he goes in for cleaning and they only cleaned half he told them he wanted it all done at once they wouldn't do it even though he is blind and requested that. So I took him back for the rest of the cleaning and they left him sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hrs then came to get him and went to walk him back but walked him into every piece of furniture in the lobby and then told him to watch out ... he said im the blind what do you mean? So they bring him in a room and sit him In a wet chair still cover in disinfectant hello he's blind he can still feel! They came in and told him how rude he was being and made him leave!! What is wrong with these people ? Dental training should include how to deal with people who have disabilities! Buyer beware! Where I'd

Easily accessible from the main road Malabar Road. Plenty of parking including for handicap accessible vehicles. Very Nice, Clean Facility, with friendly employees who were adhering to all COVID GUIDELINES. The staff and Doctor were very professional and addressed all my concerns. Pricing, in my opinion was very fair. I will be using them for all my Dental needs.

A Beautiful and Well Organized Dentistry. The Dentist I have Dr. Cunningham is very good. I have had several teeth rebuilt by Dr.Cunningham and her work is excellent. I Love her glasses to... I would definitely recommend this office for all your Dental needs.
