Dr. Jeffrey Boland was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating with the highest honors from Mount Saint Marys College with his bachelor of science degree in chemistry, Dr. Boland was offered an academic scholarship to Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago.
During dental school, Dr. Boland was named to several high honor societies, including the Odontographic Society of Chicago and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Upon graduating, he was awarded a spot in the highly competitive orthodontic residency in his hometown at the University of Pittsburgh.
Following the three-year orthodontic program, he returned to the Chicago area and purchased the office of Dr. George Chipain. Since 1997, he has been providing the best possible orthodontic care to the people of Elmhurst and the Western Chicago suburbs.
Dr. Boland and his wife Lisa have three children that keep them busy with a variety of activities. The entire family enjoys travel and tennis, and they all participate in the Olympic sport of curling.

Boland Orthodontists is the Best! My children and family are patients and I'm beyond happy with my experience there not only with Dr Boland however his awesome staff. Super kind and helpful! I recommend him to all my family and friends!!!

If considering ortho in the area you need to at least get a consult from Dr. Boland! You can thank me later! Dr. Boland and team are an all around package! He's experienced, 20+ years in practice and the most fairly priced orthodontist in the area. If considering braces for your kids or yourself - I highly recommend a consultation from Dr. Boland & team. The entire staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and patient! Due to an emergency orthodontic situation from an old permanent retainer, I ended up in Dr. Boland's office. I had gone to 2 other orthos in the Elmhurst area and Dr. Boland was the only one that knew how to solve the problem correctly. Dr. Boland and team were excellent from the beginning. Before I went in, I was very impressed & grateful how attentive the office team was in listening to my concerns & issue on the phone. Then, once I got into the office I was treated quickly with patience & understanding by Dr. Boland and he offered multiple solutions to my issue. I highly recommend Dr. Boland & team for their expertise, experience, & over-all character. I don't ever write reviews but wanted to express my appreciation to the team!

We came to Dr Boland, for a second opinion as our first experience for a consult with another Orthodontist was just awful, we heard terrible things fir her treatment, we came to your practice very fearful for our daughter and her treatment but quickly those fears were put to rest. From my first call to your practice it has just been a wonderful experience, the customer service was amazing, very professional and honest everyone listen patiently to our concerns and answered all of our questions, my daughter got her braces on asap as I had no reservations with her treatment in your practice. Thank you so much for your great customer service, your professional demeanor and great knowledge, our daughter suffers from terrible anxiety and she was so comfortable with you and your team. I have never been to a place that is so courteous and friendly, Dr. Boland is the most patient and understanding orthodontist I have ever met. Monica the technician is the most knowledgeable and patient person that I could personally recommend to anyone who are afraid of dentist or Orthodontist. The whole staff is overwhelmingly nice. I just wish I can get Monica as my technician every time I have an appointment.

Dr. Boland and his staff were wonderful with my son. He just got his braces taken off, earlier then we expected, and the results were amazing. Very professional, accomodating and they work with you in regards to payments. I recommend Dr. Boland!

Best Orthodontist Ever!!! This is my second bout with braces as an adult and I can truly say that this experience has been nothing short from PERFECT! The professionalism from day one to the attention to detail at every visit. The doctor and his staff are top notch, friendly, informative, patient & most of all caring - which speaks in volumes. Dr. Boland is by far the one of the nicest gentlemen ever. I am truly grateful to be one of his patients. I have recommended numerous of family & friends to Boland Orthodontic and have heard nothing but Great response from everyone! Highly Recommended!!!
