I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted (at age 30) and Dr. Mannari, as well as the rest of the staff, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. They followed up with me in the days after the surgery and made time to see me same day when I had some questions about my recovery. Highly recommend this office. Thank you.

Pros: Dr. Semidey, billing department, facility, office staff. Cons: Nurse May R. - avoid or you'll compromise care. Dr. Semidey was lovely. He's taken good care of all possible outcomes and takes health and safety very seriously for my son, which is wonderful. Received good instructions and information from him, he's warm, and has treated us with respect and kindness. Billing department went above and beyond to sort out insurance, order of operations (4 step process) as well as scheduling between the two doctors offices (orthodontist and oral surgeon). Reception staff was efficient, building was lovely and peaceful. Wished I could have rated the office higher but everything was clouded by 2 visits with Nurse May R. Avoid her at all costs; she's cold, doesn't follow protocol, and oversteps bounds. She gave bad information about pain level expectation, order of operations, and recovery timeline because she didn't understand what the procedure was for. Further, she failed to schedule a requisite follow up appt (or mention its existence) or even bring the doctor back to discuss the surgery after it completed - just explained that getting us out the door right away was the most important thing. If you are in her hands you may have to advocate for yourself with the office and follow up to find out what instructions were wrong or missing.

Staff (nurse) are not sensitive to mental health. Stay away if you're not sure how you will react to having a procedure without anesthesia (following the recommendation of the Dr). It can be traumatic and very painful and they will not be understanding or helpful in dealing with post-trauma anxiety. Maybe it was just the one nurse that I spoke to after my son had a procedure, but a Dr is only as good as the nurses they employ. That is pretty much standard in the medical world. So it falls on the Dr to make sure the staff are properly trained.

My experience with Dr. Semidey and his team was comfortable and memorable in the best possible way. Dr. Semidey performed a Coronectomy and removed a wisdom tooth of mine. I expected to feel, or look worse, but the job was done so well by him, that it looked almost seamless. The office is very clean and welcoming. A well trained and efficient staff is always present there. Highly recommend!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here and the experience was sublime. I've only had all four of my wisdom teeth out once so I can't say for certain but I'm fairly sure having your wisdom teeth removed isn't supposed to be anywhere near as effortless and painless as the amazing team here made it. Can't thank you guys enough for all the hard work you put into to providing this high level of medical care. Truly outstanding.

They squeezed me in the next day for an emergency and I'm so grateful for that. Dr. Boland removed my tooth successfully and nurse Crystal was an actual angel making me feel safe and comfortable despite me being terrified.

This office is awesome the waiting room is like walking into the lobby of one of the finest Mariot hotels I have ever stayed at no blaring news on just tranquil music video scenes playing.The office staff is excepantly friendly that make you feel your not just another insurance claim. Dr. Boland has the best bed side manner that comforts your procedure plus they play awesome jazz on Pandora. 5 stars to all of you.

Friendly staff, and Dr Mannari goes out of his way to care for his patients. Your needs will be met here, and if they can't help you they will find someone who can! Highly recommend!

The staff is extremely friendly and the waiting room is very peaceful and tranquil. No blaring news! Doctor Semidey is very patient and efficient. The nursing staff is very kind and thoughtful even offering me a blanket as I waited in the back. I recommend this oral surgeon's office as they are a class act.

I wish the rating universe had infinitely more than 5 stars. Dr. Boland's staff is amazing. Incredibly cheerful and helpful. They called in my prescription early so I could pick it up beforehand in case I wasn't finished before my pharmacy closed. This came about since Dr. Boland stayed late on Friday to deal with a potential emergency I might have had. His nurse, Crystal, is an Angel of Mercy. In the past (I'm a regular) she was so kind and helpful. She was the actual nurse at the procedure I had toady. So comforting and patient. There really are not enough superlatives to describe Dr. Boland. First of all, his credentials are unique. Where else would you find an oral surgeon who is also an MD. That insight an expertise is combined with a fabulous touch. My procedure today would most likely have been problematic for others, yet Dr. Boland got things done without hesitation. The results are great, I feel great. I can say that I am fortunate to be a patient. I've lived all over the country and had my share of oral surgery experiences. Dr. Boland is the best.

Ya the worst front desk woman ever. Refused to go over billing until after then refuse to accept payment plans. $500 + visit to have a doctor do nothing.

I had such a great experience with Sandy the office assistant. Since we have AvMed insurance, we are only able to see Dr. Boland and my daughter lives out of town for college so it is hard to find a time with in person classes. Sandy patiently found the right time for us and accommodated for our conflicting schedules. We really appreciate her patience and hard work. The office is lucky to have her.

I had an tooth that had to be removed and they got me in right away. Staff from Doctor to Pa to Rn to Assistant to Office manager to front end all amazing. Each one I give 5 stars! You will be taken care of at this office for sure.

Dr Semidey was great. Very friendly, explained the procedure. Made me feel at ease. He even called later to check on me. That was an awesome thing to do even I didn't get yo speak to him because I was down for a nap. Very clean office and staff were great too. Thank you all. Highly recommended.

Dr Boland is AMAZING!!!! I'm a nurse and am the first to admit that most surgeons do not have good Bedside manor, but Dr Boland is amazing. He is an amazing doctor, who is very experienced, is kind, listens and cares. I have degeneration in my jaw and after a bad experience w a dentist who hurt me, I had little faith in my jaw ever feeling good again. Needles to say, today I'm pain free And am so grateful to him and all his staff!!!

Dr Mannari treated me like family. All of the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and made me feel super comfortable when I was very nervous about my procedure. They even opened the store to help out over the weekend for an emergency for me! I highly recommend using Dr. Boland and Mannari for any needs. Amazing office, better staff. Great with follow up as well!!!

I was very impressed with this office! I got my wisdom teeth removed here just yesterday. The staff was personable and took amazing care of me (Destiney and Crystal were so sweet!). I told them I was scared and they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I am currently in recovery and although I have some swelling, I hardly feel any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Mannari; he explained the procedure to me in detail during the consultation and eased my anxiety as this was my first surgery. He is also a very soft spoken and personable doctor. I can't thank you guys enough, I will be singing your praises for years to come! A+! :)

Boland & Mannari Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery are the top of the list for me for care. Everyone on the staff here genuinley care about their patients. They care about their saftey, comfort, and care. I have disabilities that affect my teeth and the dentist and nurse looked into them to give me the best care they could. They really think about the little things, like offering a blanket during a proceedure if you are cold. Thats what really counts for me. They treat you like an indiviual person instead of just another patient who comes through those doors. Cant recommend this place enough.
