On a sunny July day, Dr. Bobst was born in Caldwell, ID. He remained in Caldwell until finishing high school at Gem State Academy. He then started a construction company and worked on several local projects, both commercial and residential. However, his desire was always to be a healthcare provider, and so he sojourned to Southern California where he received a BA in biology from California State University. From there, he earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, CA. For the next five years, his focus was on advanced specialty training in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. This was accomplished at MetroHealth Medical Center and the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Bobst finished residency in 2010 and has since been practicing full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with a special interest in full-mouth reconstruction utilizing dental implants. He is affiliated with the Saint Alphonsus medical system.
Dr. Bobst is an Idaho native and an avid outdoorsman whose favorite pastime is spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their three beautiful children, Zoey, Teagan, and Jaxon (aka Boy). Today I took 2 of my kiddos to get their wisdom teeth removed. These 2 made my 4th time getting wisdom teeth removed THIS year. All 4 kids had their 3rd molars removed by Dr. Bobst. He is such an awesome doctor and an incredible person!! All of my children felt well-cared for by Doctor and his entire staff is amazing. One of my daughters had a special case that required some special attention, and Doctor laid out all our options to make sure we knew how to make the best decision for her needs. Dr. has a great bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, so you know exactly what to expect. If you have a need for oral surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Bobst. He and his staff are fantastic!!

Boise oral surgery, Dr Bobst, his staff are the absolute best. I've had dental issues from a car wreck when I was 19. Over the years I've had multiple surgeries and every procedure that could be done. Dr Bobst is by far the best ever. I can't thank him enough!
