A very pleasant experience! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and its always fun to chat with Dr. Crump. I had a molar crowned, and it was a easy experience, withnearly pain- free numbing shotsand a quick, efficient and very professional crown prep. It was so nice to have the crown created while I waited. It fits perfectly with space to floss and is as comfortable as a natural tooth. Thank you for a great dental visit!
This is the best dentist in the world. I had 3 crowns fitted and 4 fillings and didnt feel a thing. Something I never thought Id say, but I really enjoyed my visit to Boise Family Dental Care. Everything I had done was explained to me every step of the way. A big thanks to all the kind staff.
In an effort to provide care to even the most anxious and sensitive patients Dr. Crump has gained the specialty education and skills needed to offer sedation dentistry. He has patients that travel from across the west from states as far away as California because they wont trust their dental care to anyone else.
I have been so impressed with the kindness and care that all the staff has treated my husband and I with. The care is superb and the staff makes going to the Dentist actually FUN! I have already referred a few of my friends and are excited to refer more! Dr. Crump you are the best!!!!!!

After years of not visiting a dentist, I chose Boise Family Dental Care when I had an unusual situation arise. From Camille and Kaily greeting me to Kailey and Dr Edminsten treating me I felt welcomed and part of a team, not just a patient. Dr. Edminsten went above and beyond to treat my problem in a professional, caring manner. I no longer have a fear of having my mouth worked on and will be returning to Boise Family Dental Care for any future dental needs.

Excellent Dental Hygiene service with a caring and lovable staff. Painless cleanings and knowledgeable information and recommendations during regular appointments. However, I recommend going to an orthopedic specialist or other dentistry for anything else (e.g. Invisalign, braces, retainers).

Had a great experience recently with Dr. Crump and team! I had a crown procedure that went very smooth. I was expecting a temporary crown and having to wait a few weeks for the permanent crown......I found out that the crown was created in the office which saved me another appointment and the procedure went perfectly. The other team members that assisted him and also the person who performed the cleaning did a great job. Highly recommend this Dental Office.

Dr. Edminsten is very thorough, on my first exam with him he completed a cancer screening, I have never had a dentist do before. He was very personable and respectful. At my next dental procedure, he was professional and kind, checking in with me throughout to make sure I was doing ok. The procedure ended with a crown to replace my cracked tooth and no pain afterwards. I will definitely be scheduling with him in the future for all my dental needs.

Had the absolute best experience. From the receptionist to AJ, to Dr. Crump! They are extremely professional and attentive. I was so impressed by the quickness and kindness I received from the staff. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone!

I'm not happy. I went in, got $500+ worth of X-rays. Almost 2 weeks later they finally gave me a plan and estimate.(without communicating with me in between) They cost me more money than they helped with anything. I ended up finding a dentist that provided the same X-rays for FREE, yep, what cost me $500+ at this place, was 100% free with them. They also put together a plan and estimate within my short appointment visit that SAME DAY, which happened to be $10,000 Less than theirs. Yep that's right... TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS for the same treatment. I'm appalled at places like Boise Family Dental who claim they help people, but truly do not. I hope they get caught in their lies. I wouldn't send my ex here! (Hehe well maybe) Alliance is the place to go btw, for actual real discount help.

I could not have been more impressed with Dr. Edminsten and his assistant Erika. I'm from out of the area, but I was in Boise for meetings when I lost a filling and broke my tooth. Since I needed to be in Boise for several days, It couldn't wait until I got home. My wife called over a dozen dentist offices before finding Boise Family Dental Care. The receptionist was extremely nice and said they would squeeze me in. When I arrived, they were so friendly and quick to get me back. Dr. Edminsten was very personable and took time to explain my opinions. They got me fixed up and on my way in less than an hour. What impressed me most, is they knew I was from out of town and would probably never be back. However, EVERYONE treated me like I was their most valued patient.

I had been suffering with a horrible toothache for almost 2 weeks. I had never been to Boise Family Dental. They fit me in 1st thing in the morning and got my tooth taken care of. I have never had a really good experience with dental work:( Dr. GLAUS talked me through everything and made me feel as comfortable as possible considering my anxiety already being through the roof. My daughter and I have found a new Dentist office;)

Best dentist I have ever seen. I have a fear of dental work and although I have not gotten the work done yet, it's scheduled, I feel at ease with it. The staff were are very understanding also.

HORRIBLE experience here. June 2019 he bullied me into a crown I didn't want or need (the tooth had never bothered me a day in my life). But he used all the scare tactics so I did it. It immediately became incredibly painful and infected. I had to go on antibiotics for 2 weeks, then have him remove the brand new crown and do a root canal. While there, I listened to him verbally berate and humiliate the hygienist right in front of me. She was fighting back tears. Mind you, she was the ONLY person there who displayed an ounce of compassion or competence. After the root canal and crown replacement, I have continued to have intermittent pain and constant, significant sensitivity to cold in that tooth for the last almost three years. January 2022 it became infected again, more antibiotics. March 2022, while eating a protein bar, a large chunk of the (not even 3 years old) crown broke off in my mouth. I don't eat caramels, or really hard foods or anything, and I wear a mouth guard every night to protect from jaw clenching. No way this crown should have broken. New dentist sent me to a root canal specialist who showed me the x-ray: Dr. Crump had left a big chunk of the root (what this specialist called the most important part to remove) in place, connecting straight down to the nerve. No wonder I still had pain! So I needed a second root canal and a new crown to fix what Dr. Crump botched. And of course insurance wouldn't pay since the first crown was less than 3 years ago, so I'm out over $1000 and 5 painful hours of dental work. Avoid this jerk at all costs. He's not only incompetent, but unprofessional and cruel.

Just moved to Boise area, looked on line and found, Boise Family Dental. The reviews were great! I showed up for my appointment, that was scheduled quickly with all details. I was so impressed with the staff and the hygienist, Jayna, so compassionate and excellent cleaning. Then met the Dentist after Dr Crump. He was thural and to the point.. Highly recommend this office for anyone that's looking for a great Dentist. Thank you Kelly
