Best all-around dental office out there! From the front office to the hygienists to Dr. Hendrick, this office is the best. Whether it is my normal semi-annual exams or an emergency visit in between, the staff makes me feel like a valued member of the "family", not just a patient in a database. They take the time to listen to me and understand my issues and they go above and beyond to work me into their busy schedule if I am having a problem between regular visits. On top of all that, the physical facility is fantastic inside and out. The grounds are well kept and clean, and the waiting area is neat and comfortable for any brief wait you may have. The individual exam rooms seem to have all the latest equipment and are arranged to provide privacy and quiet for your procedure(s). It's not an exaggeration when I say I enjoy my visits to this dental office!

Not worth dealing with the receptionists here. They blasted my phone 5x with texts in less than a week for appointment reminders for my children's cleanings and emailed as well. I responded to each with, "Cancel," and they would keep sending them. I have past texts corresponding with them via text and them texting back from same number, so I know they see it. I had to cancel mine and my husband's appointments over the winter because we got Covid and called 3 weeks later to reschedule and no one cb until 3 days passed after I texted their number expressing I felt we were being ignored because we cancelled and had no problem providing our Covid results. Only then did a receptionist call me apologizing and using the excuse they had a day of training, ok but what about the other 2 days? Today's excuse when I called to find out why no one had acknowledged my reply texts and email was something about playing catch up from 4th of July It's July 11th, so not sure what they had to catch up on. Will never go here again, I'm not into the game playing. No doubt, the receptionists are hurting this practice as I saw another poor review in regards to the receptionists and their poor communication.

The pain started on a Thursday night. The office is closed on Fridays. I decided to leave a message anyway because the pain was so bad. Brook called me back, I wanted to reach right through that phone and hug her. She got Dr. Hendrick and I got some medication. It took a little while for the antibiotics to kick in, but the pain is now gone. They saw me on Monday and set me up for a root canal. Love everyone at this office. Very caring!!

The staff and Dr.Hendrick are always very welcoming and friendly. Everyone is professional and at the same time makes you feel right at home and totally at ease!!! I would recommend their services and dental care to anyone!!

Julie is my hero. She does an excellent job at cleaning my teeth! She is very honest & down to earth. Dr. Hendrick does his job very professionally! He always double checks my teeth before I leave. Great staff overall with great attitudes. I drive 30 minutes just for this specific office. I would recommend Boiling Springs Family Denistry to anyone!

I am always called in for my appointment at the scheduled time. The hygienist is thorough but gentle. They don't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. In fact, I asked about getting something done and they said they would do it, but they didn't recommend it at this time. I appreciate the money-saving honesty.

This dentist office was recommended to me by my sister in law after I relocated to shelby from Raleigh. I was supremely pleased with the scheduling and ease of transition. The doctor was professional, kind, and to the point. My hygienist was so kind and conscious of a sensitive gum spot. Just a really great experience. I'll continue to make this my dental health home :)

Everyone was extremely friendly. Even though they were having computer issues, they went out of their way to accommodate my billing and appointment. This dentist office takes the apprehension out of visiting the dentist.

Just absolutely the best! Staff worked me in record time with an abscessed lower molar. X-rays were taken and it was confirmed the tooth needed immediate extraction. Dr. Smith gently removed the tooth and announced he was done! I couldn't believe it! Hardly felt a thing...just some gentle pressure! Healing has gone perfectly and I couldn't be happier to be pain-free!
