I recently saw Dr. Brian Gross for the first time as he was referred to me by my brother-in-law. During his exam after my very thorough cleaning, Dr. Gross discovered that I had a cracked tooth with significant bone loss and decay under my crown and recommended an extraction. Although I wasn't happy about the news, I am 59 and have had dental issues my whole life. Today he performed the extraction, and I was shocked how painless the whole procedure was. Even though the extraction was more complicated than normal, due to a curved root, Dr. Gross did a fantastic job and painlessly extracted my molar. More impressive was the fact that I had very little bleeding and next to no pain after the novocaine wore off. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Gross and his staff. 5 Star AAA!! Highly recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic place. Had quite a bit of work done here between regular appointments and fillings. This is a quintessential small dental office where everyone knows everyone and the secretary (however busy) remembers your name even though you only see them twice a year. I never feel like I'm being sold anything like at some dental offices I've been to beforehand.

Dr. Gross just placed a new crown on a tooth where one had failed from a previous dentist. There was no pain at all, work was well priced, office was clean, and the staff was polite. I will definitely get my dental work done here from now on.

Dr Brian Gross is the very best. My husband had an emergency call. Dr Brian made arrangements for him immediately and answered messages after the surgery. We both were treated, by him and the staff, with the utmost care. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I'm currently in Boca due to COVID and lost a filling a few weeks ago and had to get into a doctor ASAP. A friend recommended Dr. Gross and I was able to get in for an appointment fairly quickly to determine I needed a root canal (which I suspected due to the size of the hole). The entire experience with him (and his staff) was so great, easy and efficient. I wish they were based back home in Boston because I would love to go to them regularly.

I love going to this dentist!!! Like no one can beat them. There to good,like great service,polite people,good parking,etc. I love our dentist he is super nice and all around great. They make you feel comfortable and work hard. Very good at what they do.

Only open for pain and swelling emergencies. Have an emergency. Still turned away during pandemic because they don't know me. Receptionist was completely unwilling to help someone in need. Highly rude and dismissive. I guess you really get to see peoples true colors during these difficult times. Steer clear.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gross since 2012. Dr. Gross is straightforward, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. Because of my satisfaction with Dr. Gross and his staff I decided to take the time to share my personal experience. Please be careful with other dentists in Boca Raton. Earlier this year one of my fillings cracked and I was unable to get an urgent appointment in the office at the time. As a result, I had to make an appointment with another dentist in Boca Raton. I found their website online and due to their 5-star ratings and availability I made a same day appointment. However, that particular dentist was advising me to have 10 fillings re-done (showing me on a camera via a wide-screen). The overall cost for the suggested dental work was going to be 1200 dollars. The dentist even advised that if I continue to wait, I would maybe even need a root canal. Once appointments were available again due to COVID-19, I was able to return to Boca Dental Group for a cleaning. Essentially, after examining the x-rays and mouth, Dr. Gross found everything to be okay. Earlier that week, I had even felt a tiny chip in a filling but he suggested that the tooth was still sealed and was not necessary. The previous dentist (who advised I have 10 fillings re-done) suggested a brown stain I had on a molar was a cavity; however, Dr. Gross proceeded to tell me it was rather cosmetic, the cause and did not require a filling. Frankly, any other dentist would persuade a patient to have it fixed leading to a higher profitability for the practice. After leaving my appointment I left so relieved and thankful for being a patient. That day my dental hygienist was Cindy. She was overall very friendly and highly experienced with over 30 years in the field. Dr. Gross and staff like Cindy make it so easy to return.
