The wait is absolutely ridiculous- what's the point of having scheduled appointment times ? Also, they're extremely disorganized - they had no idea that I had already had a previous appointments with them and knew nothing in my file. I also got a cleaning from them and by far one of the worst experiences so far. If I hadn't already signed the agreement for my braces , I would've long been gone. I don't understand how they have all these good reviews when it's my 4th appointment with them and they are absolutely horrible.

I received some of the worst care I have ever experienced here. I had to wait almost two hours to be seen, they did not put the protective vest on me during X-rays, and they were overall unprofessional. The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth did not put safety glasses on me and got water all over my face. If you plan to come here for a teeth cleaning... don't wear makeup because it will be ruined.

I love this place they are so nice they make me feel at home. Lorena, Malika, Maria, Isabel, Diana, dr fahim, and everyone else have never made a mistake they are always on point. they have never made me feel like they didn't want to work on me and the most important thing is they make me feel like family.
