This boca dental is worst, they put my boyfriend an appointment and when we got there we wait for more than 20 mins then after that they call my boyfriend saying that they dont had his invisalign set. What is the meaning that the MANAGER schedule us but the invisalign was not there. Then we call them the manager blame the usps about it but in the first place its her fault why is she gonna make an appointment if the invisalign was not even delivered. She was telling us that in last minute that usps said that is delayed. Does the MANAGER know the word DELAYED PACKAGE?

I'm giving y'all 5 stars because as a person who is terrified of dentist and would not go until I had to. Y'all were gentile. Explained my consultation and care plan very clearly. Last week. Today I had to get extraction of a cracked molar. I walked in about 15 mins before my appointment n walked out 5 mins after my noon appointment time. For an extraction. That's amazing. And the fact it's only an hour after my appointment as I type this. Dr Liu you were amazing. Y'all did me solid n I'm still numb cuz that's what I asked y'all to do. I felt nothing. I will be switching my family over to this office asap. Thank you.

No one knew anything. They took my blood pressure nobody remembered. The Dr said I had a cavity I asked about that nobody knows what I'm talking about. I need my bottom molars removed for infection they removed the top.I got 2 teeth pulled plus an infection and no one said anything about how to manage the pain or even prescribe an antibiotic! The lady at the front desk was very rude! She thinks she is the owner!!!! I wouldn't recommend it!!!! A waste of time and $

I am in Las Vegas from Tucson for work all month and I had a small issue with my braces that was causing me pain. I tried so many different orthos here and they all denied me or tried to charge me an outrageous amount of money. I came here and the angel at the front desk helped me out free of charge. Definitely recommend this place! They're not just in it for the money.

I got services through Boca Dental on Sahara on July 2020. I paid $800 cash and agreed to be on a 18 month payment plan of $80.71 for the remainder of the services. It is now march 2022 and they are still taking monthly payments 20 months later.. I never ended up getting the work done and I have been calling for 8 months because they just keep changing and billed my insurance per the EOB. No one ever answers calls or calls back. I was able to get a hold of someone today who let me know that I still owe more than 500 dollars?!?! This place is a huge headache that won't go away. They keep taking money regardless of what was agreed on and without ever probiding any services. Thiefs! They have taken $2414.20 dollars from me on top of what they billed and got insurance to pay them for services never performed. Be careful! At this point it seems they will never syop taking money and if I stop payments they will sure send me to collections.

Sales lady is not happy when you don't want to apply for the credit and I went in and the doctor said I needed a polish but sales lady said it can wait until I decide to come back with my husband to apply for the credit for my other dental plan, very upset that the reviews indicate good service and this location is not it. The lady who took my X-rays was very nice though. So sad waste of my time :(

They did a horrible job for a simple teeth cleaning. She didn't even go over most of my teeth. Left sections with plaque. I Will not be returning. I don't recommend this place. Absolute Dental did a way better job.
