The "tent" signs in the parking lot offering $59 dollar specials for new patients are the old "Bait and Switcharoo" routine. They really do make up their rates as they go. I submitted a formal complaint to the Clark County Dental Society and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, they both told me that they' had "a number" of complaints about this outfit.

Don't come to this location they don't like black people they are scamming people out of their money refusing to do their jobs they even commit insurance fraud I have reported them several times this is not a good company don't bring your family her the facility is dirty and very unsafe The price you gave me for what I need is not what the insurance is telling me I have to pay it's not about my insurance it's about y'all lying and telling me one price and refusing to so your job you don't get paid to sit on your but and do nothing y'all need to clean this place it had dead bugs and it was dirty using the same tools that wasn't cleaned from another patient

My daughter Marisa was having extreme tooth pain and we needed to get an appt. today, she called Boca Dental and they got her in right away. There was a little wait but once she was in they took x-rays, advised on what needs to be done and options, pricing and scheduled her an appt for next week. Fast and efficient service. THANKS BOCA! ADDITION: Sorry had to drop down rating. They got us us in with their concern and empathy but then try and demand up sales. After a root canal they told us they would not clear my daughter so she could have knee surgery until she had her teeth cleaned (regular cleaning) and had some cavities filled. I'm sorry but to say her infection isn't gone because we don't want to do that right now is wrong. Very disappointed.

The doctor is very nice & explains what he is doing ! As far as the service it's horrible I have been waiting for more than 6 months on a refund! Nobody returns emails or calls and I have to be chasing the manager only to be told different things each time ! You also have a scheduled appointment and show up to be told you don't have one !

I do not recommend this dental place. They never work with my schedule. The front desk ladies are rude. They always change my doctor every month. At one point one of them dropped a drill in my mouth and I was choking on it. There lucky I didn't sue. I want to be done with my braces so I never come back. Please see other options before coming here.

The pricing is random, making it up as they go; and, there is no explanation. Their head of billing does not return emails nor does she take calls. Unless you are bilingual you may or may not understand what is being said by the techs. It's not unusual to have a scheduled appointment and show up to be told you can't be seen. BAD business!!~

Dr Yang and Ibeth were so kind and very knowledgeable during my appointment. I'm not a fan of the dentist but they both made me feel very comfortable. I hope Ibeth does my cleaning every time, I loved her!!

I got deferred from having a tooth pulled saying i was moving too much.... all I did was grab the armrest when his injections began.... he was rude. I have been a patient of boca since 2019, at the E. Charleston location and never have I been turned away for grabbing hold of the arm rest stating that I am moving, when I know to not move.....don't recommend this location, doctor is a pick and choosing type of doc.

I have been discriminated against, I feel a hate crime was done. I was judge . I received terrible quality or services and want my money back! Boca dental treated an out of pocket African American terrible they treated me less than and made me feel beyond uncomfortable
