I had gone to this dentist for many yrs but when I had to ger Dentures my nightmare started. From day 1 I told Dr Nyberg that my dentures did Not fit. He messed with them and told me to use denture adhesive which I should not have to do. In the 6th month I was told that they would need to be resized. This cost another $800, believe me the orginial price was extremely expensive. After all this the dentures still do not fit. I have since found I am by far not the only person having problems with Dr Nyberg not measuring correctly, over charging..I wish I never went to him for my dentures. I would NEVER go back to him for anything.

I have been going to Dr Nyberg for over ten years. I drive 2.5 hours now to continue to see him, he is gentle and builds a relationship with his patients. He is honest and thorough and I trust him.

My wife had an appointment for 5pm on the 15th of september. Got a call the day before to see if she could come at 4:15 pm instead, which she could . She had to leave work at 3:45 to get there on time. She sat there at 4:10 and waited and waited, while others went on into the back. Finally she had had enough waiting and told the girl behind the desk that she was leaving. She in turn was asked who are you? That was all it took, hot and sweating from sitting and waiting did her in. If you expect someone to be there for their appointment, then they expect to be seen on time. It cost her 1 1/2 hrs. of work and to be treated like that.

Said insurance would cover a deep cleaning, then after the procedure the insurance denied the claim and I was stuck with the entire 1k bill. Admin staff cannot be trusted. Despite having gone there for years they never told us they were not in our insurance network But said the excessive cost was due to not having good coverage and that we needed to look at increasing our coverage. It wasn't until I talked with my insurance company that I found out they were not part of the network. I will never go back again nor will I ever recommend this practice.

Dr. Robert Nyberg is one of the most professional dentists that I have ever known. As a military wife, I have moved often and have had many dentists through the years. Dr. Nyberg is all about the patient and not having you have a procedure that you do not need. Unfortunately, that is not the case with so many doctors in the medical fields these days. He will offer options that meet the least costly avenue for you, the patient, and refer you as needed to other offices. In these days of rising medical costs and changes in dental plans, Dr. Nyberg keeps his costs manageable to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nyberg!

Two and a half weeks ago I woke up with terrible mouth pain. Did not have a dentist here yet so my neighbor told my husband to take me to Dr. Nybergs. We get in I ask him to pull it and he refuses, saying I need to save the tooth. His office makes me an appointment with with Dr. Beach for a root canal. I have to wait 2 weeks!!! I get to Dr. Beach and he drills a hole in my tooth and says he can't do anymore the needs to come out! THIS IS WHAT I WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! They call Nyberg, he won't see me. Now I am in even more pain and between the 2 places it cost over $600.00 for the damage!!!!!! Horrible treatment!!!!!! This is excruciating and cruel!!!!!!!!!
