Complete scam of an office. My wife called for an emergency appointment and they told her they took our insurance to get her in the office. Then quoted her full price all while telling her the insurance would only cover a "small percentage". Meanwhile, I called our insurance who put me on hold and called them. They told my insurance they don't accept it and are no longer in the network! Literally as my wife is sitting in front of this woman that just told her they accepted the insurance. Tried to charge her $1400 for a cleaning and root canal knowing full well she has insurance that is accepted elsewhere. Scammers that just want your money and don't care about you or your health!

Friendly staff! Great doctor!! He has excellent bedside manner. He was able to explain to me about what he was going to do today. Also gave me tips on great hygiene in the future!

My experience coming to see Dr. Platt is always a positive one. He is a very thorough and a caring dentist. I have been with him for over 30 years. That says a lot about my dentist. I have no complaints about Dr. Platt. He goes beyond his care for his patients. Great bedside manner.

Dr platt was super friendly and very accommodating. He made me feel right at home. I been coming to him for more then 4 years . He recently did a root canal on one of my tooth and it was pain free and he made me feel relaxed. He even gave me his personal cell phone number to reach out to him 24/7 if I had any issues . Doesn't get any better than that thank you Dr platt .

I started seeing Dr Platt and the amazing staff here in Brooklyn on Memorial Day weekend in 2016. Mind you he was the only dentist available that holiday. I work on a derivatives trading desk and the Friday before the weekend i bit into a sandwich and one of my front teeth broke in half exposing my nerve. It was essentially a medical emergency that if wasn't address would have lead to infections that would cause more complications. I mean, no one wants to go to kings hospital to fix this issue as all they would do is just removed the tooth. Truth is Dr Platt is dedicated to his patients. Dr Platt and his staff were very friend but more important Dr platt is extremely detail oriented and picked up a lot of issues my previous dentist missed. Over the last 5 years Dr. Platt has helped manage my teeth and more importantly my health. If he didn't catch the absesses that were hiding under a filling that should have been a root canal--which my previous dentist just covered over with fillings. With that said, I have lived pain free, infection free, and my smile has never been better. Believe me--in regards to quality and more important customer service with pure honesty this is your place. I attached an engagement photo to provide you an example of his work. I used to feel ashamed to smile but now that is all I do.

Absolutely the worst dentist I've ever been to. Rude, soaked my shirt from the cleaning, and then had the gall to send me an $85 bill weeks later, after telling me everything would be covered under insurance. Avoid
