Kayleigh was my hygienist. Very professional, knowledgeable, and did a super job cleaning my teeth and answering questions I had. Dr Crosby remains the standard for an outstanding dentist. He cares so much about his patients. I recommend this practice to anyone. Easy to work with, no question. Make you feel like part of family!

Had a good experience with Dale and Dr Hughes. I will be back for a crown next week. The girls out front were very helpful as well.

I've gotten routine cleanings and x-rays as well as a night guard made and my experience has always been great! They are super quick too!

I have been using this Dental practice for several yrs. I hadn't been there for 2 yrs due to Covid restrictions, but finally did go recently, and was treated excellently. The hygienist was very thorough in her exam, cleaning & x-rays. Dr. Ritter followed up & I have an appt to go back. I found Dr Ritter to be most pleasant, personable, very easy to talk with. He asked questions concerning medical conditions & medications...he is thorough!! SWS

*UPDATE Went back for a deep cleaning and it was amazing. I didn't know what to expect but pain was at the top of the list. Kaylee was my tech and she was excellent. I have a whole new perception on dental visits now! First time visit and the experience was lovely. Already have a return appointment set. Dr was great and staff was as well.

What is an absolute pleasure. The hygienist (I feel so bad for forgetting her name that quickly) was very polite and professional. Was quick to answer all questions and concerns I may have had, and give great advice on what to buy and how to properly brush and floss. Also kept a good conversation the whole time so it wasn't as bad as most places. Wasn't able to see the doctor for long but the short time he was in the room he was very polite as well. Wonderful staff, easy in and out. Will be going back and do recommend you visit as well!

My experience at Blythewood Village Dental Associates has been great. The facility is very clean, the staff & Mr.Crosby are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They really care about their patients. I would recommend my family and friends.

I'm only leaving a review because i just received a weird text from a 3399 type # and it had the name of this dentist, my first name, and the date of 9/12/2012. I think it's a scam obviously. Anywho, I did go to this dentist over 10 years ago, ONCE, and they filed my teeth down in an attempt to "help" my bite. It didn't help. That is all.

Their office staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I sent my own claim back after they never followed with my insurance company after sending the claim. They never answer when you call and barely return your phone calls back. Don't waste your time and go to a better dentist till they hire competent office staff.

Filing procedure left me with permanent sensitive tooth pain and was told nothing could be done and gave me toothpaste and a bill.
