I was attended to right on scheduled time. My hygienist is friendly and personable and a good conversationalist which kept the visit from being anything but boring. And most important.... her gentle touch was a pain free experience.

Without my consent, my routine cleaning was re-coded as periodontal maintenance, which triggered a whopper of a bill when I expected a free cleaning with my insurance. These hidden fees and extras happen way too often at BLVD, which caused me to drop this provider.

If possible, I would give this facility a ZERO star rating. It was more than a year ago, when I went for my estimate on an implant and a bone replacement. Dr. Patrick Beetar did not explain the full details of the procedure, nor the additional charges that you might incur as I did. Please do not do anything until you have the answer from your Insurance otherwise they will charge you much more as happened to me, with the Anesthesia. At my first operation, the instruments were out in the open for more than 45 minutes and the syringe with the anesthesia was placed in his front shirt pocket. My face was severely swollen for several days afterwards. please do not do anything until you have the answer from your Insurance otherwise they will charge you much more as happened to me, with the Anesthesia. There were several mixups when I was ready for my crowns. 1.) At first, they did not arrive on time, (That's when the apologies started... and through the whole process it was me who had to constantly call to get information because nobody from the office was calling to keep me updated) which was after one month... and according to them it was Labs' fault. 2.) Once they did arrive, they were not not the correct size and I had to wait another 2 weeks. 3.) Then, once they finally arrived with the correct size, the color wasn't even close and they had to send them back and once again I had to wait another 2 weeks. 4.) Once they were finally attached, the color of the crowns looked NOTHING like the color of my teeth, and this was because they never took color samples to match them with my other teeth. I had to complain about the apparent color mismatch, so they gave my teeth a whitening to try and get close to a match. It is still very noticeable even from a distance, that they still do not match properly. At the end and through the process, I heard, sorry Ms Pino to this and sorry Ms. Pino to that... but all of those mistakes never stop any of the payments being taken out of my account. If I hadn't prepaid for most of the procedure in advance, I would have definitely stopped and gone to another clinic and paid attention to the reviews, which I hopewhich I hope you are doing now so that you will not have to go through anything like I did. After everything I went through, the implants are in, but the food goes from one side of the crown to the other due to them not fitting properly and it is very annoying when I eat away from home, since I cannot use the water flosser I purchased on my own, to deal with the food getting lodged between the crowns and my gum.

Dr. Kody Bonin is an excellent dentist with a great bedside manner. Everyone at BLVD is very nice.

I also really loved the tablets used to check in instead of the usual paperwork. My experience in the office from when I arrived to the moment I left was amazing. 10/10 recommend.

I was a bit upset because I had set an appointment online putting in my insurance information and then receiving a call from this location confirming my appointment, and during that call I gave my insurance information again. When I went to my scheduled appointment this morning at 8am I was then informed they don't accept my form of insurance. Thankfully the front desk was very kind, but why did I have to go all the way to the office in order to be turned away when I have already given my insurance info twice before hand? I have a bad cracked tooth which most places is an emergency appointment. I was just in all disappointed.

So this isn't regarding the hygienist or dentist himself because they were great! but the front staff and back assistants. I was lied to and told by the lady that took my imaging that she would just have the office manager write off imaging if it wasn't due yet instead of giving me a medical records request for my previous imaging. I should have known better because I ended up with a bill of course. I then made two attempts to call regarding this bill with no return ph calls as promised by front desk from office manager. I was still stiffed with half the bill and told no one should have never told me this. Well they did and there was just no owning up to it. Just became my problem to fork the money out.

The BLDV staff is always so professional, tentative and kind. It's always a good experience when my husband and I go there and trust me he's not the easiest person to please. The office is always inviting (for a dental clinic) and organized. We've had some bad experiences in the past.

I have been going to BLVD Dentistry in Spring for several years. Due to grinding, I experience issues with my teeth/gums. Andrea is THE BEST dental hygienist - she is very detail oriented, provides excellent advice on how to take care of your teeth and makes the cleaning process so comfortable for me. I recently experienced significant tooth pain over a weekend and Andrea talked with me on Sunday, provided guidance on how I could relieve the pain and made sure I could be seen early on Monday morning. I highly recommend BLVD Dentistry in Spring!

The whole staff was great at BLVD Dentistry! My experience with Andrea Johnson is always Awesome! She is very personable and makes it fun going to the dentist. Andrea made my teeth look 2 shades whiter! Dr. Bonin has great bed side manner and interpersonal skills. I really enjoy the entire team at BLVD and my family and I will continue to be patients for years to come. I had another great experience at BLVD! The whole staff is customer focused and actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Andrea is awesome and always in such great spirits. I highly recommend BLVd!
