Everyone at BLVD is so very nice and professional. They make going to the dentist a lot easier!

After 1 year of getting a crown there I had an abscess underneath the crown and needed a root cancel and a new crown, because the crown was done so poorly. I could see it on the X-rays at another dentist that the material seemed cheap and it looked different and was leaking. My insurance didn't cover the crown, because they said I just got one a year ago... I was in a lot of pain. I recommend not getting crowns done here

Went here for a basic exam and cleaning and was strongly upsold on an extra in depth cleaning and "laser therapy" and told my two totally fine fillings needed to be replaced, so the total bill went from 183 to 760. Much like others have commented, a salesperson from the front came back to pressure me into doing it all today. I declined and asked for the simple cleaning I came in for, and was told "well, that's not what Dr Blythe wants for you" and she refused to schedule it. I won't be back.

BLVD over on Riverside always gives me the best care! Be it a routine cleaning or something bigger like a root canal, the hygienists and dentists are thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly care about dental hygiene as well as their patients. Would definitely recommend them as your dentist in Austin!

I had a lot dental work I needed done, specifically a crown had to be made on one of my molars. They did the work, ground it down, and took the mold to be made. When I went back for the implant, unfortunately the mill made a mistake and it had to be remade. When I went back the next time, incredibly, it was made wrong again and I had to wait until it was re-remade. On the third try this one fit and it's perfect. While this was a giant inconvenience for me and I had to numbed each time, more molds were made etc, the wonderful staff there would not commit to imperfect work and made sure my crown would be seamless. This was done at cost to them but it's a testament to how thorough they are and how much integrity they operate their practice with. In short, you can 100% trust them to do a great job.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this dentistry every time! The team is so warm, professional and informative. Dr. Blythe is by far the best dentist I've ever come across - She's very personable, takes you step by step on the process of each visit, and makes you feel comfortable in an environment that brings so many of us anxiety! I feel compelled to share that I've had some intense procedures done here, she and her team have made it as painless and enjoyable as possible. I feel like Dr. Blythe can tackle anything gracefully! She and her team truly go above and beyond to make each experience a great one ~ the environment is also very clean and inviting. I will continue to be a loyal patient here for as long as I can be! Thank y'all for making the dentist a not-so-scary place to be :)

Dr. Blythe is caring, patient, and does not push treatments or costly procedures on patients. I had a rough experience at my last dental appointment and she took the time to assure that never happens again.

The staff was friendly, however after having to remind the tech to sanitize the X-Ray equipment he was about to put in my mouth after dropping it on the floor- I was less than confident from the start. The doctor was so sweet and thorough- but when they sent the "lady from the front" to come in and talk pricing- it legitimately felt like I was negotiating at a car dealership. They refused to clean my teeth unless they did "scaling" which I declined multiple times due to my own research, several professional opinions prior to my appointment, and because it's the new "thing" that chain dentists are pushing. I most likely will not return.

I went to 2 dentists who said there was nothing wrong with my painful tooth. Dr Blyth and staff listened to me, explored all options and were able to fix me up in the least invasive way! They fit me into thier schedule ASAP and cared about how i was feeling!

BLVD Dentistry is amazing! Everyone went out of their way to make the experience perfect. Cleanings are comprehensive and painless, the team explains everything they're doing, and explains treatment plans in detail!

Worst Experience Ever! FYI, I'm writing this review at the time of my scheduled teeth cleaning. Why? Read below for more: I recently moved from Houston to Austin in July'22. I had been visiting BLVD Heights Houston for years and had no concerns with their service. To my (initial) delight, I found a BLVD location close to my new place in Austin as well. Keeping my past experience in mind, I call BLVD Riverside Austin early August'22. They front desk confirmed that, earliest appointment available was for 08/26/22 which is fine as I was planning ahead for my annual teeth cleaning. They continue to inform me that they would request for a copy of my past x-rays from the Houston location as well. I wondered that this not usual as I have had to switch dentist in the past as well, but I assumed that they are the same company/brand name, so this might help in avoiding unnecessary x-rays on the day of the appointment. Today is the day of the appointment (10.00am) and I get there 5 mins early after reading and signing 8 forms that they send they morning of the appointment. I was greeted by the front desk. They expressed that they still hadn't received my past x-rays from BLVD, Houston. So I ask "Do y'all need to x-rays to determine if there are no major concerns and that we can skip today's concerns?". The response I receive from the person at front desk " No, we would still require you to get your x-rays today and if the insurance doesn't cover it, we won't charge you for it". Now, I understand x-rays requirements are subjective but I as a young and health person with no past records of any major dental issues, it's not necessary to get dental x-rays every so often. However, the front desk insisted that it should be done once every 6-12 months, regardless of providing the past x-rays records and health history. During all this, the person proceeded to call the BLVD, Houston for my past records. After they hung up, I explained to them that I just received a lot X-rays, CT-scan and some more to go next month for recent surgery I went through, so I would like to avoid any unnecessary radiation that can be avoided. Adamantly (though politely), they continued that they can't skip x-ray and recommended me to return when I'm ready for it. I was basically denied a teeth cleaning service and got turned away just because I want to avoid any unnecessary radiation, for all valid reasons. On my way out, I quickly emailed BLVD Houston to not send my health records to BLVD Riverside Houston as I was denied the service and it was a moot point. I was immediately called my BLVD Houston to confirm what I meant by the email. I explained them the situation and even they were shocked about how the situation was handled. They confirmed that this should have never happened, and that there is always an option to sign a waiver to skip the x-ray but still receive teeth cleaning services. I extremely disappointed that there is less regard of patient's health and more focus on what can/cannot be claimed from the insurance. BLVD Riverside Austin decide to decline a basic dental preventative care service just because the patient didn't agree for getting x-rays done in the same session. After 4 weeks of waiting, and filling out multiple forms, I had come back home without the service. They have no regard for patient's time, especially those who have to take time off from work for these activities. Note: Most insurance companies only cover full mount x-rays 1 in 5 years, which is probably what is also recommend due to the radiations and may be the cost. But knowing that I have already my x-rays less than 2 years ago, this BLVD Riverside Austin still insisted on it. This is probably because they were aware or assume that many people change providers every few years for different reason (for me it's due to my employers, so 1 in 5 year x-ray screening counter resets every time you have a new insurance provider.
