Dr. Brent Lenz trained for over 11 years in order to specialize in the practice of Orthodontics. He attended Duke University for his undergraduate education and then proceeded to the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. Dr. Lenz was one of only two members of his class to graduate with honors and distinction at North Carolina. Dr. Lenz then went on to complete his orthodontic training from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Lenz is a member of the American and Southern Association of Orthodontists, to name a few.
Dr. Lenz lives in Harrisonburg with his wife, Amy, their two sons, and two Golden Retrievers who are often found in the office looking for attention. He is a member of several local organizations, including the Harrisonburg Lions Club, where he is a past president and has been instrumental in raising over a quarter million dollars for local sight needs. Dr. Lenz swam competitively for 16 years and played water polo for 8years, and volunteers as an assistant coach for the Spotswood Country Club swim team in the summer.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Great experience! The staff were super nice and professional. Although I had to be in braces for awhile, the staff was always nice and communicated the whole process to me. I definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in their services.

My son spent over 2 years wearing his braces. He just got them off today and he was very excited. The process wasn't easy for him since he has ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Dr. Lenz and his staff were amazing to work with and explained the process easy for him to understand along the way. I would definitely recommend Bluestone.

Wonderful service!! Staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate patients. Always made my girl feel comfortable and at ease. Very patient with her and all her equipment mishaps lol. After 3 years we are very happy with her smile. Highly recommend Dr. Lenz and his entire staff!!

All 3 of my daughters have gone to Dr. Lenz for their braces. We have found the experience to be incredibly positive. The staff is friendly , knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. Dr. Lenz is trustworthy and takes the time to explain the process well throughout. He builds great relationships with his patients, and families, and his results with their teeth have been excellent.
