Bluestem Dental is a great place to have your dental work done. I have had the regular cleaning, crowns, and fillings done here with no problem. Setting up appointments is super easy, they are so willing to work around your schedule. They take the worry out of you forgetting your appointment by sending you texts prior to your appointment date & time. Bluestem Dental staff are always very pleasant to work with. Having had to have a tooth implant was super easy and painless. They were able to recommend me to local oral surgeon to have the pre-implant work done. When it came time to have the implant placed, Dr. Hilleren and his team were able to do it with ease. Not once did I experience any pain, and they made sure that the tooth fit properly before I left. I will not hesitate to seek out Bluestem Dental for future services!

Very disappointing. Called and asked if they took my insurance, due to me having a painful infection. I was told over the phone that they didn't know, and to email my insurance to them. So, I did just that. FOUR days later, I sent an email indicating how disappointed I am in their customer service. Low and behold 8 minutes later, I get a reply saying they don't take Medicare. Well maybe that's because Medicare is hospital and medical? I also had a second insurance card in there, that they failed to mention whether or not they accept it or not. Your customer service is less than one star. Only accepting a small number of insurance, is less than one star as well. I will never recommend anyone go here. I honestly hope it gets shut down and gets replaced with a dental place that accepts more than a select few. Something is definitely not right here. Only time will yell.

Our daughter had a traumatic injury to her front tooth while playing sports. She was devastated. Thanks to Dr Hilleren and his professional staff, she got her smile back! We are very thankful to have such a top notch dental clinic close to home!

I am very happy with Bluestem Dental in Benson, MN. Dr. Noah and his assistant Jenny are awesome, and the entire staff treat you with respect and kindness. I am looking forward to having them as my permanent dental facility. Good job!

If you need a dentist, DEFINITELY call these folks.. I fear the dentist, and everyone here made me feel beyond comfortable... nice office, nice people, easy to find... what more can ya ask for?

From the time you step in the door you are met with friendly "Hellos" and smiling faces. All that work on your teeth are the most gentle, kindest and caring people. I can't say enough about the dentists. I am in the process of getting a crown. With all the grinding, etc.. there was not a bit of discomfort in the procedure. I clearly was put first - I highly recommend Blue Stem Dental! When our daughter passed away - who was a patient of theirs - they were so very supportive and caring. Thank you BSD..

They do not take my families insurance and this is the only dentist in town. Pretty inconvenient if you ask me. So, you get a 1 star. If I could give you zero, I would. Maybe you should start taking blue plus for insurance.

I cannot fully express just how wonderful the Bluestem staff is. From the moment I walk in until I leave I am always treated warmly and friendly. The dentists are very professional and gave me honest opinions regarding potential dental work specific to me and all the assistants were personable and remember my name on subsequent visits. I highly recommend Bluestem to anyone in the area for dental needs.
