Dr. Stan Ferguson is a native Kentuckian and received his D.M.D. and M.S. in Orthodontics from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He has maintained a practice in Lexington and Paris, KY since 1995. Dr. Ferguson enjoys golf, gardening, reading and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Dr. Julie Rambo Vinton was born and raised in Lexington, where she graduated as valedictorian at Tates Creek High School and received her undergraduate degree from Transylvania University. She earned her dental degree at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2004 and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Vinton completed her residency in Orthodontics and obtained a Master of Science in Dentistry at St. Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education in 2006. Dr. Rambo Vinton and her husband, Scott Vinton, have two young sons. They are avid UK fans and enjoy cheering on the Cats at their games! In her free time, she loves exercising, running 5Ks, shopping, and watching her boys play sports. She is active in the PTA at Veterans Park Elementary and frequently volunteers at St. Michaels Preschool. Being a mom has made Dr. Rambo Vinton realize how important it is to treat her patients with love, respect, and kindness, just as she would treat her own children.

The service is just spectacular and they are just so super friendly. Always asking me how I am doing it just feels like a family atmosphere when I am there. And they are doing a wonderful job with my teeth. I am 50 years old and wasn't real sure about getting braces but because of them it's been so easy.

Our daughter had her braces taken off yesterday, and her teeth look great! The whole experience has been excellent. The offices are very professional and inviting. The staff is extremely friendly and caring.

Bluegrass Orthodontics and Dr Ferguson have been amazing throughout treatment with both of kiddos. They both started at an early age for pre-treatment and then had braces. I cannot say enough positive things about the practice, especially the Paris location (where most appointments were)!!!!! They were amazing with a scared 4 year old getting impressions and later with a teenager who didn't necessarily wear bands as directed! We LOVE Bluegrass Orthodontics and will miss them now that treatment is complete!

I have had such a wonderful experience working with the staff at Bluegrass Orthodontics. They've treated me like family and have showered love on my daughter since July of 2013. I just had my braces removed and they did such a great job realigning my jaws. My Jaw Entrapment Syndrome is completely healed, my TMJ symptoms are lessened by 95%, I sleep better, I have less trouble with bruxism, my neck and headaches are nearly non-existent, and I'm so satisfied with the work they did. They were very patient with my old stubborn teeth and I just can't praise them enough! Awesome staff and a job supremely done! A++++
