We have found our new dental home. Everyone at Bluegrass is so great and the care we received was beyond phenomenal. I feel like we are in the best hands.

I've been with the Bluegrass Team for 8 years and counting. They give the best service and customer service. Plus, they don't look at you as just a file but as a person. If you want a dental team with a personal touch, go with Bluegrass. You will not regret it.

I can't say enough good things about this dentist. They are prompt getting me seen at my appointment time. They send reminders so I don't forget my appointments. They are SO friendly and they remember me. I am one of those people who gets nervous in dentists offices and they are always understanding and accommodating.

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and kind. They are very informative, and explain what they are doing and what's going on. I can tell they enjoy what they do, and they actually care. If you are looking for a dentist go here!

Dr. Wilson and her staff have been treating my three children and I for over 7 years now. She and the staff are always friendly, professional and amazing with children (which is a huge deal when it comes to taking children to the dentist)! I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and her staff!

Initially the experience was good. My 85 year old mother who lives in Assisted Living across the street from this office was a first time customer at this dentist. I took her to her first visit during COVID and it was a good visit. After the first visit she required a follow up for additional work so we scheduled it for a Monday. Unfortunately, I became sick late on the Sunday evening before her appointment and out of precautions for my mother, her living facility, and the dental staff, I reached out to the Dentist office that Monday (day of appointment) to cancel the appointment. I went to my Dr that Monday afternoon and sure enough I had come down with COVID ... bad enough that it kept me down for 10 days and 2 trips to the ER. A few weeks later this dental office charged my mother $50 for a missed appointment! After writing to them and explaining what had happened they still proceeded to charge her the $50. My mother is on a fixed income and lives in an assisted living facility that unfortunately takes all her income so $50 is tough to come up with. I explained this as well but this dentist still proceeded with the charge. My mother has been making payments but did fall behind a few months and this dentist sent her a threatening letter in "red" ink about sending her to collections which at this point was over $35. Perhaps I should have taken her to that Monday appointment against my better judgement and just taken the chance of exposing my mother, her living facility, and the dental office to COVID. We hope to eventually get the dentist paid off since it seems the $50 is so important.

I have been going here and seeing Dr. Wilson since I was a little girl, and I have always loved them ! Now, as an adult, I still continue to see them and even bring my 6 year old here to see them. They are all so kind, caring, and gentle. They make the experience the best it can be. They are also so patient and understanding with my son who is terrified of the dentist, and we can't thank or love them enough !

Dr Wilson is very knowledgeable. She helps you understand the importance of maintaining good dental health. I loved that she was able to capture actual pictures of my teeth and show them to me. Dr Wilson will work with you as to what is mutually best for you and optimal dental health. Her staff are friendly and very attentive.

DISHONEST. EDITED AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE, SCROLL DOWN. My wife went in for a cleaning, she told them it had been several years since her last cleaning because we hadn't had insurance. After a brief exam with no quantifiable measurements she was told our insurance only covered "healthy mouth" cleanings and she would have to pay an extra (nearly $100) out of pocket because she didn't have a healthy mouth. I had come with her and could sense the up-sale. We scheduled another appointment at Dentalworks Hendersonville where they actually took measurements to check and see if there where pockets beneath the gum that would trigger the extra charge, surprise surprise she didn't need it. Beside the horrible optics of telling a client they don't have a healthy mouth this used car salesman like tactic of trying to take advantage of somebody with out explaining it, or justifying it with measurements is a clear indication of integrity issues. The other one star rating they have from six months ago backs this narrative. Scam artist. I will be notifying my insurance about this hopefully others who have experienced this will as well. These people shouldn't be getting recommended by our insurance. Response is pathetic "integrity has never been an issue" except for the last guy that accused you of lying! The fact you have taken zero ownership of your staff trying to pull a fast one speaks volumes about you and the accountability you maintain in your business. This is obviously a pattern of behavior at your establishment. Actions speak louder than words and your actions will catch up to you I wasn't going to pursue this further until I saw your insulting response, I will be contacting my insurance and finding out if I have any course of action with the government . I'm fairly certain that operating on healthy flesh is frowned upon in the medical industry.

I was told by this dentist that I needed to pay above and beyond what my insurance would pay because I didnt have a "healthy mouth"and I needed three fillings. I went to Dental Works Hendersonville and didnt have to pay anything extra for the cleaning and did NOT need any fillings. I can see the cleaning being a matter of opinion(although the second dentist took measurements of gaps in my gums which they explained before making the decision) however the fact that they tried to sell me fillings I did not need is disturbing. Get a second opinion before you allow these people to perform any medical procedures on you, or just save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

My family and I have been going to Bluegrass Dentistry for 9 years. Every experience has been great! The staff always remembers things about me and what I've done in my personal life from previous appointments! They are super friendly, caring and always go above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed, special and well cared for.

I love Dr Wilson and her staff. They are always professional, ask questions and do a great job keeping me and my family healthy. They keep the office clean and are following guidelines to keep everyone safe during this COVID 19 pandemic.
