My experience with Blue Bonnet Endodontics was negative. It was a referral from the dentist. It was all about the money, and having the credit card before even seeing the Dr. I found out, they charged me, and my insurances for services the office did not perform, which include Xray my primary dentist, emailed to the office. The administrator sitting at the front wanted to get paid before even entering the doctor examination room and before the doctor saw me. I asked her to wait and see the services that the Doctor would perform. She said no and added that was their procedure. I asked for the Xray, that they claimed they took them, but the office failed to email me the Xray or the tooth validity tests that they claimed they performed, because the office did not perform them, I had the Xray, and the validity tests mailed to this office from my primary Dr. office before my arrival. This is not a money issue but a trust issue. I filed a complaint to the Attorney General of Texas and the small business administration. This needs to be corrected. The environment was gloomy and unpleasant. I wanted to get out as fast as I could. Very difficult to explain.

I felt like I was flying first class. Dr Malavia and the team are fantastic, and really made the whole experience as good as a root canal can be. So comfortable, never a touch of pain, and in and out in <90min. Super professional, from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

My dentist whom I trust referred me to Blue Bonnet Endodontics for a root canal She praised Dr. Malavia's skills and said that her office was equipped with up to date technology that included a surgical microscope. I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived, they had me follow their COVID safety procedures to enter the office. Staff was friendly, and the office and treatment room were very clean. The chair was comfortable and believe me that was important, as I was in the chair for an hour long (pain-free) procedure. I am very happy with the treatment I received. When family or a friend needs an Endodontist, I will recommend Dr. Malavia.

Top notch from the first phone call to the post procedure check out. Staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. No question or issue will rattle them. My appointment was efficient, caring and most importantly my dental issue was dealt with appropriately. The doctor and the staff were kind and made me as comfortable as one can be while having a root canal. Definitely recommend and will refer anyone I can to this gem of a business. If I could rate them higher, I would!

Very pleasant experience from the first phone call to the completion of my root canal. Cindy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, the dental assistant (forgive me, I don't remember her name) was efficient, competent and reassuring. Dr. Malavia was also efficient, thorough and competent. I have had problems in the past getting numb, but Dr. Malvia made my root canal pain free. I'm so grateful you were there for me during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you BlueBonnet!

I've been to BlueBonnet twice for root canal work over the past couple years and was completely satisfied each time. I felt that I was in good hands with Dr. Malavia, and her staff goes out of their way to work with you. BlueBonnet easily earns five stars.

Wonderful staff, very friendly front desk and doctor. They were prompt in getting me in for an emergency, helpful in making me feel comfortable. They were all masked and used filters in all rooms, made me feel very safe during the pandemic. Gave me a good action plan and followed through with the dentist referral with great communication as well. I felt well taken care of.

I've been traumatized since my childhood when it comes to the dentist. But Dr. Malavia and staff made me feel comfortable and confident. Everyone was absolutely amazing and the customer service from the reception was truly God-sent. Best experience ever!

My husband was able to get in quickly on tight time schedule. The staff were very thorough, knowledgeable, and root canal went very smoothly. Office was very clean and staff were friendly and professional.

I love this place. So responsive, caring and helpful. I have been here and I would highly recommend anyone else to go. They not only try and accommodate your schedule but they also continue to follow up pre and post to ensure you are doing ok. Although I don't love root canals I would go here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to everyone at the office as you are the epitome of excellent customer service. Thanks again for all your help and excellent work.

I have had three root canal's previously before the traumatizing experience with this doctor. 3 hours and she spoke twice? Left a gap in my gum line. Find another recommendation! Still waiting 3 months for an over payment refund. Not a professional business.

I had a tooth that needed a root canal but before I could get the root canal I had an abscess that needed to be drained, Dr. Malavia took care of it RIGHT away then when the time came she did my root canal. I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with dental work, not only did Dr. Malavia walk me through everything she was going to be doing to make me feel comfortable but her staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable too! Cindy at the front desk is amazing and has been checking on me to make sure I'm doing good! You won't find a better all around experience anywhere! I will definitely be coming back and referring anyone I know to this office!
