A native of Salina, KS, Dr. Todd ONeil has been practicing dentistry in Overland Park and serving the Johnson County area for more than 25 years. Dr. ONeil received his undergraduate degrees from Kansas State University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.
From his professional associations to his dedication for advanced dental continuing education, Dr. ONeil has studied alongside many masters in cosmetic dentistry and high-tech dentistry. As a result, he has helped create numerous bright smiles in Overland Park, the Kansas City metro area, and literally across the country.
Dr. Meagan Rondeau completed her dental education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating cum laude in 2011. Following dental school, she was accepted into the general practice residency program at Georgia Regents University (now Augusta University). This allowed her to continue her training in one of the top programs in the nation.
During the program, she also gained extensive experience in treating medically compromised patients and comprehensive oral rehabilitation. Thanks to her training in conscious IV sedation, she is certified to provide it to our patients. In 2012, Dr. Rondeau received her fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Fifth District Dental Society of Kansas, and the American Dental Association.

Erin began her dental career in 2012 and joined our team three years later in 2015. She is CPR certified, and Erin loves getting to know her patients! She likes working with people and enjoys helping create a smile they are proud of. In her free time, Erin likes going to sporting events, shopping, trying new restaurants, going to the lake, traveling, and experiencing everything Kansas City has to offer. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Leandra loves making patients feel more comfortable while receiving their treatment. Shes been doing just that since she began her dental career in 2015. Leandra joined our team two years later, and she says that she really enjoys providing patients the education they need to be successful in their gum health. Leandra grew up in Roeland Park and attended St. Thomas Aquinas, Benedectine, and Concorde Career College. She lives in Leawood with her amazing family and the worlds cutest French bulldog, Lady Marmalade. Leandra enjoys reading, listening to music, volunteering, and participating in outdoor activities.
Michelle has been helping smiles at our practice since 1991. She loves helping patients love their smile again! To do that, Michelle has completed additional training in CPR and the soft tissue laser. In her time away from the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and traveling.
Andrea has been a part of our practice since 1999, though she actually began her dental career in 1993. The best part of her job is getting to know our patients and helping them with their oral hygiene needs. When shes not doing that, Andrea likes to spend time with her two sons, Samuel and Simon, and her husband, Scott. Andrea enjoys going to her boys sporting events, working out, and spending time outside near water or a golf course.
April joined our front office staff in 2018. She loves interacting with our patients, working in a caring environment, and meeting new people each and every day! When shes not busy helping you have a more pleasant experience at our office, April enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
Lori has been working in dentistry since 1988, but she joined our team in 2006. Lori loves our office because we have an amazing staff, and it shows in our patient relationships. When shes not busy in the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also likes decorating, cooking, traveling, and reading.
