I believe every person deserves a healthy smile. As your dentist, it is my job to help you achieve it. I was born in Romania where I received my first Dental education, becoming a dentist in 2006. I moved to US in 2008 and worked in dental field ever since. In 2017 I graduate from University of Illinois at Chicago from Advanced Dentist Program. I continued my education and I am keeping up-to-date with changes in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. I am also a member of American Dental Association and Chicago Dental Society.
Let me, Dr. Demian, introduce my best friend and my business partner Dorina Nastase, DMD. We both have the same history and the same dream. I met her in Romania in dental school and we became best friends, we dreamed of having a dental office together. That dream became reality in March 2017 when we opened together Blue Star Dental. Dr Dorina graduate from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015 from the same Advanced Dentist Program as myself. She is continuing her education participating in continuing education courses. She speaks Romanian, Spanish and her free time is dedicated to her pet and helping other animals.

All of the staff are incredibly warm and friendly and inviting. The medical professionals are honest but caring and progressive with planning care regiments to ensure good results. I would recommend anyone to go there. I really appreciate this place and its people.

I found the dentists being honests and compassionates! I'm under the supervision of both dentists, both of whom complement each other. From cleaning to implant surgery, everything went smoothly. I am grateful for the work that has been done to me and the whole team forms a welcoming atmosphere.

Hi I want to say to this person she gives you all smiles and nice words but when you tell her there is something wrong about what she worked on she does not listen at all she is destroying teeth and mouthes shame on you it's bad

Came here for a second opinion on some work I needed that another dentist told me my insurance would not cover. It was covered, if you went through the process. Blue Star did, and have since taken care of a lot of other work I needed. My smile has never looked better. Dorina and her staff are the best!

Kind and professional people, weren't in a rush to clean my teeth. Actually felt they cared about my oral health. Decided to come here from my old dentist and I absolutely thought it was the best decision. They taught me things about my teeth my old dentist never brought up before. Place wasn't crowded, the waiting room felt comfortable and looked nice, the entire place looked new and clean.

Excellent experience !!!!!!!!! And Painless!!! (I have low tolerance for teeth related discomfort) Very nice quaint friendly office on north side Chicago Was on time with my appointment fast efficient and thorough. Sending my entire family there. From what I can tell they speak English Romanian and Spanish.

I highly recommend doctor Florina Damian. My entire family has used her service and we are very happy with the results. Reasonable priced and with a high standard of quality you should give her a chance and you will not be disappointed. I did a root canal with no pain at all. You can't aspect more from a dentist.
