Dentist office visits are not pleasant but the staff and Doctor are on point I would recommend them for sure.

The staff are all friendly and courteous and the doctor is outstanding. Edit:. I've been coming here for years and this is by far the best dentist I've ever been treated by. The treatments I've received have been painless, quick and done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Im in need of a dentist and have the cash to pay out of pocket. I am in pain.! And now sad because... Conversation with lady who answered the phone today... Me- " hi are you guys accepting new patients?" Employee of blue springs dentist-"No We Our Not" Me"Oh oh oka... I'm looking for a dentist..." Employee-"Oh Ok Then, Have a Good Day" Click I'm thinking wait I been on their website all night long waiting to call first thing in the morning. I could have swore they were accepting new patients. I went to the website & sure enough it clearly says "Accepting new patients in the troy office" This is so wrong

I came as a new patient for a cleaning and the experience was perfect. I have only praise for the quality of care that I recieved. I scheduled a second visit to get my wisdom teeth pulled as they had started to slightly bother me. I had them pulled today and the procedure was fast and painless. This is the first of two visits as they pull them in sets of upper and lower. I am extremely pleased with the level of professional, care and kindness that they show.

I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, however at Blue Springs I felt more at ease. They didn't beat around the bush with the work I needed done, were honest about all my questions and approached all my concerns. And let me add, I drive almost 2 hours to go here because they are worth it. Great team.

Absolutely the best dental office experience ever. Awesome staff, Doc does GREAT work FAST and PAIN FREE :) Most excellent help with my insurance, "They went the extra mile to save my smile"

The only thing I hate is this is the only dentist that dont pull all the teeth the same day we have to keep coming back :( but other then that it's a good place. . But if other place would take my insurance my husband would go to a place that pulls them all the same day I live 34mins away

Incredible friendly staff. They take the Xtra time and explain the process and the cost along with additional options. If there is any option that would save you money that your not aware of this place goes above and beyond to help it's like they actually care about you and your finance your not going to get that kind of service anywhere else. I absolutely love this place and all the staff.

Literally called them a handful of times and they never answered the phone. So I left a voicemail each time and never got a call back. My grandpa goes here, and I am desperate to get a crown on my tooth, so I was sad to not be able to take his recommendation. Oh well.

Today was my first visit to this clinic. I was nervous, but they really make you feel comfortable. They were all very friendly, courteous and professional. EDIT: REPOST: It's been almost a year since my first visit. I had all of my teeth removed. They were supposed to have me fitted for dentures so I had my new dentures the same day as my teeth removal. Almost a year later and I still have no teeth. I got too frustrated with having to take days off work for them to constantly do new fittings and castings, just to have the dentures not fit properly and have to start all over. I just said screw it and gave up. As far as getting teeth pulled, I highly recommend him. I felt absolutely nothing and it was extremely quick. If you're wanting dentures ... Look elsewhere.
