The staff were very friendly and professional. I liked that the equipment was modern and I didn't have to wait long throughout the whole process. What I didn't like is that at the end, when discussing the work I needed done, things were added on that my insurance would not cover. When I asked if I could pass on these procedures, they made it seem like I couldn't and that I should take out a line of credit to pay for them. After doing some research and getting a second opinion it resulted that these extra procedures were completely unnecessary. I felt as if they took advantage of my naivety and tried to make me pay for unnecessary procedures.

This dental office is the best. From beginning to end. Eva in the front office always greets you with a smiles and very warm. David and Tim are the best in the back office they all make you feel like family. The dentist are so sweet and caring. The hygienist is also very nice and sweet. Totally recommend this dental office 100%.

Very professional staff, friendly and kind....they communicated with me during every step of my procedure, making sure i was okay and not in too much pain. They made me felt very comfortable and relaxed.

Do not even think of getting any procedure done at this place. This so called dr is a fraud. He nearly had me hospitalized with an infection he directly caused. He's also a joke after causing me the most hideous gum pain I ever felt he offered me a bottle of Robert Modavi wine which he keeps in his office.

No complaints from me, I have been going here for years and they always put me at ease with clear explanations and non aggressive dental work. All the staff are friendly, understanding and helpful, would recommend this dentist to everyone.

I'll pass! This is the type of establishment that pays for their fancy equipment with the money extracted from people for questionable (probably unnecessary) procedures. All I wanted was a routine checkup and cleaning. How did I end up with over $2000 worth of procedures needed? I've been going to the dentist routinely every 6 months for years. Unfortunately, my insurance changed and I was assigned this DDS...so, I gave him a try. Next! Interesting how all the dentists I've visited before, and at every checkup, never mentioned all the dental work I supposedly need. I wasted my morning, did not get a cleaning, and left truly disappointed. Thankfully, my insurance changes at the beginning of the year and I can return to my previous dental office. Silver lining! 2 stars for the somewhat pleasant customer service from most of the staff. Some of it came off condescending.

If you need complex dental work done you should immediately consider using blue sky dental. Dr.mondavi's surgery is state-of -the-art and he is absolutely brilliant. I had root canal treatment and two dental implants with sinus lifts done in the facility and it was done brilliantly, with no pain, no after-surgery swelling, and with great care!

I'd gotten 4 consultations to fix my crooked teeth, 3 orthodontists wanted to use very bulky hardware and expensive procedures and 1 even suggested breaking my jaw in order to realign it. Dr. Mondavi was the only orthodontist who offered me the least invasive solution at a very reasonable rate. I'm a broke and very busy student, so I needed to reschedule a few times. They were very understanding and I never received a missed appointment fee or sensed a nasty attitude from the scheduling staff, unlike previous offices I went to. I've had invisalign for almost a year now and I can see a significant difference when I look at old pics of my smile! The quality of care here is not common, at least in my experiences. I would say if your lucky to live near this office, I wouldn't suggest you go anywhere else in the surrounding area but here, it's where you will receive compassionate care not only from Dr. Mondavi, but also from his support staff!

Robert Mondavi is a really bad doctor. think twice before go, and especially do not bring your kids. We were at that place 6 months ago with my son. He had treat my son's tooth, but now he has the same problem. At another clinic when they take a look they told us that doctor evil have made the fillings. He did not cure the tooth at all. He just made some money.
