Bad dentist, smelt of alcohol, assured me the huge amount of pain I was feeling was just pressure, and bribed us a discount offer if we left a good review on yelp.

Doctor Kundra despite being very busy is always willing to work around busy schedules including scheduling weekend visits so the rest of the facility is empty, which is great for people that can't get away from work on week days. He takes pride in his work and follows through to make sure you get the care you need. Handles Workman's Comp and Veterans.

*MISTREATING VETERANS* I am an Army vet and I had to go to this location for services that the Army was providing for me. Otherwise I would have left this place as soon as I walked in the door. No one at the front desk, no one to greet me. I sat in their waiting room for 30 minutes before someone finally came in. And even then, I was not greeted. I waited to see when I would be finally greeted and it took about an hour. I caution you not to come to this place of business if you are looking for any semblance to customer service, professionalism and good hygiene. This place takes ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions, they are unapologetic, especially that "Dr" Kundra. I won't tell you my entire experience but I will say this, the one thing that could have saved my experience was an "I'M SORRY" followed by an excuse for your poor service. You have a lot to learn "Dr" Kundra and when karma catches up to you (and if it hasn't already, it will) think of the way you treated me today and all the other people you have mistreated because of your PRIDE. There is a word called EMPATHY, look it up "Dr" Kundra, you could learn a lot by studying it. Also "Dr" Kundra, look up the word HYGIENE. This man walked out from his previous appointment with his gloves still on, gown on and face mask on. Talk about POOR INFECTION CONTROL. I will sum up my experience by saying this, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHYGIENIC, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO RESPECT FOR VETERANS. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star that I have to give it.

I had great experience in my recent visit at the dental. They had amazing staff and all work was done perfectly.Very satisfied and I suggest everyone to go there ! :)

I.ve only been in a couple of times. Their previous receptionist, Jasmine, was great. She was on top of everything and she remembered me by name when I.d call. Dr. Kundra was kind and very knowledgeable. My complaint, now, is that I can.t get these people on the phone to save my life. Again, Jasmine, I believe, kept everything afloat. Since she moved on after finishing her studies, NO ONE has returned my calls from messages I have left and I don.t even KNOW if the VM's are to Kundra or Blue Rock. Smh..... Peace
