Just had a tooth pulled that had been needing to come out. Dr. Bryant and all his staff made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. The Dr walked me through the entire process and made it a breeze. He took the time to ask how I was doing many times and explain things as he went. I had a pretty complex issue with a large top molar and he made it a breeze. I'll be back and spread the word to everyone! Thanks do much guys!

Today I've experienced horrible treatment. My dentist Crescent Dental formally known as Kool Smiles gave me a consultation three months ago and had me call while I was in the office to make a surgical extraction appointment. I was informed by blue ridge dental office I had to be placed on a waiting list for the surgery so I scheduled the appointment for today 7/13/2022 @ 11:00am they informed me that I would need someone to be present with me because of the sedation I wouldn't be able to function after the procedure. Once I arrived today for my procedure I was then and only then informed that surgery wouldn't be performed today that I was only there for consultation. I could of been seen by several other dentist offices for consultation much sooner if I was informed that my waiting period was only for consultation. Once I received this information I proceeded to ask why wasn't I informed this appointment was for consultation only the smiles and smirks that were going around due to my disappointment with the five or four nurse at the front was very unpleasant and all they had to say was they didn't inform me of this information that isn't something they would have done. The more I questioned for understanding to why I was given information to prepare for surgery today the more I assume it was a laughing matter to them they suggested that I just wait to be seen by Dr Bryant. Once I was escorted to a room the nurse proceeded with questions and my vitals were taken after that was done she escorted Dr Bryant into the room once he entered the room my x-rays from my prior exam/consultation done by Crescent Dental already were in front of the both of us on a large TV screen that showed details of what needed to be done and if I wanted surgery today it could not be under sedation or I would have to proceed to wait. Of course that wasn't an option with the pain I was experiencing then and prior so it was suggested that I would get numbing and laughing gas to extract tooth #15 today I agreed and Dr Bryant left the room. One of the nurse that had already assisted me entered the room with documentation that informed me I would need to provide $1025. today to have the procedure done while I was there and again with the same smiles and smirks once I informed her I would not be able to do so it became a greater laughing matter to her and she asked me to meet her to the front when I was given my paperwork the same nurse were all there with the same smiles and smirks. I've been dealing with this pain for several months, scheduled an appointment for surgery, took some vacation time off from work only to be then informed that I was only being treated with a consultation and of the fees to have it done today. My disappointment was or is due to their misinformation, their laughter because of my questionings to why and then the laughter due to my inability to pay for the cost that was needed today and that's where the mistreatment has taken place there would have been no problem at all to provide the cost had I been informed prior to today that was needed. This treatment is very unethical and disrespectful as well

Dr. Bryant treated me very well. I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted while being awake but numbed. He calmed my nerves and talked me through the entire process. The experience was as good as it could of been given I was getting teeth removed. I would highly recommend giving them a visit for your oral surgery needs. Thank you team for taking good care of me

My 90 year old husband had an extraction yesterday. I was so very pleased with the visit, the staff was so pleasant and helpful! Dr. Bryant was very gentle and so careful with the extraction! We had no issues during the day and in fact he did not have to take anything for pain. Thank you so much Blue Ridge Oral!

Watch out when getting work done here because they wont tell you if your insurance is out of network or not. They will just file and make you pay the consequences. Shady honestly. Disappointed in not being informed about this and just getting billed for over $500 months later, after already paying over $1300 out of pocket. All thanks to the office staff of Blue Ridge oral not informing of my insurance being out of network and just saying "yes we "accept" your insurance". Lousy and lazy. And its sad because Dr. Bryant does good work and is a very nice man.
