1st they lose my consultation files so I have to come in for a second consultation file and pay for that a second time Then they stick me in this X-ray machine with spikes coming out of it to go into my ears. Then they shoved something in my face and pushed my head back to jack up my ears because they're spikes holding my head in place Then she gets another assistant who supposedly has a lighter touch, We then put one spike in my ear, since the thing is symmetrical when you close it it shoves my head over to the left side, Again shoving spikes in my ears that are about an inch long. I take you have to use those kinds of spikes but they are way too sharp to go into somebody's ear and the manhandling by the technician amplified the uncomfortable situation.

I'd like to review the other day and the response was a complete lie. Nobody builds earbuds that look like pyramid cones, they are spikes just like someone who wear on one of those spiked collars, And they may be a slightly smaller scale, But bashing around a prospective client inside of it is no way to start. I have seen those machines before which usually have little round things that go in your ear. And it doesn't excuse 2 assistance bashing me around inside the thing.

My husband and I both completed Invisalign treatment with Dr. Blue and we are extremely happy with the results. It's always a pleasant experience when going to the office. Dr. Blue and his staff are simply the best!

Fantastic! I've been seeing Dr. Blue for 5 years, for braces, retainers, teeth whitening, etc. Every time I've felt great about the people who saw me and Dr. Blue was always there willing to answer any questions I had.

My daughter just got started on her braces yesterday. Dr. Blue and the staff could not have been kinder to her and very helpful explaining everything. We were instantly comfortable in their office and during covid I am happy with all of the precautions they are taking to keep everyone safe. Dr. Blue texted us the first evening to see how my daughter was doing and to let us know we can text any time with any questions or concerns. I really appreciated that extra care. My daughter is a worrier and I was able to ask him something that was bothering her instead of having her worried about it all night. Their prices and what they cover are excellent. They are going to switch my daughter to invisalign from traditional braces after she is further in her treatment and there is no additional cost to do that. That is pretty amazing. I highly recommend them.

I was super skeptical about where to get my smile fixed especially because I had some complications in the beginning. Although I'm happy I chose Blue Ortho because they have been super patient & done everything to work with me at such affordable prices! The team always has a great energy, good at communicating and are super time efficient! I will continue to recommend friends and family here. Happy to be one of their customers

every time i come in they seem to care a little less. started out with check up appointments and adjustments but eventually became "you can come pick up your new invisalign set" without even scheduling an appointment to adjust the buttons for invisalign. and they never even tried to contact me to let me know my next sets had already been ready to start for over a week. and when i showed up to pick them up they werent even open although their board showed they should be.

My permanent retainer came unglued on one end and was poking my tongue and lip. Since my orthodontist was no longer in practice in the Valley, I took a chance and called Dr. Dan Blue since I see his wife, Dr. Ann Blue. They were so gracious in getting me in that day and taking care of the problem. In the future, should I need orthodontic care, I will not hesitate to use them. The staff at the front desk and those assisting in the back were kind and considerate. Thank you all!

Me and my brother both have moved here from chicago around high school & middle school. We couldn't find a good orthodontist to go to until we found Dr. blue and we loved this place they are they are always super friendly & made my smile straight. I 100% recommend this orthodontist!!!
