Dr. Hejlawy has practiced general dentistry since 1998. He began his dental career in Syria and moved to the U.S in 2005 to further his education and expertise. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Science degree from the University of Colorado Denver where he continued to practice general dentistry for two years. During this time, Dr. Hejlawy remained connected to the dental school and volunteered as a clinical instructor, supervising and helping future dentists improve their skills and dental knowledge.
After practicing in Colorado for two years, Dr. Hejlawy joined the advanced endodontic program at The University of the Pacific in San Francisco where he gained his Masters in dental science and Endodontic specialty degrees. He has now an accomplished Diplomat of the American Board of Endodonticsa status of which only 23% of all endodontists accomplishand also teaches part time at UOP dental school in San Francisco.
I have had the most rewarding experience of being cared for by Dr. Samer Hejlawy. Dr. Hejlawy was very, very conscientious to save my tooth, the one that actually needed the root therapy. Ruouaa (Rosie) Ruouaa has more than a decade of experience as a Dental Assistant and Practice manager. Ruouaa is the nexus of our team. Her organizational skills, coupled with her knowledge of dentistry, provide the necessary components of an exceptional team leader. Rosie joined our team in 2020, during the covid shut down and continued to provide emergency dental care for our community.Ruouaa s passion is to deliver care to patients, reading, spending time with family and friends.

Moved to Fairfield from South California, born and raised in Ohio. We love to play, but we will eat your treat while youre not looking. Quincy might have been a dog in a previous life, she loves to play fetch and she is very loving and caring. Theodora is on permanent diet but burritos dont count.
