This was the absolute worst dental experience and office staff I have ever had or encountered in my entire life! Avoid this place! The entire place made me feel uncomfortable!

I would like to thank the whole staff at Blue Lake for giving me such a smooth, informed and relaxing experience. Though my anatomy made it to be a difficult surgery, Julie Ann, the surgeon, was exceptional in her care during and after the operation. She went above and beyond to make sure that I recovered well. I couldn't be more thankful for the genuine warmth and interest that I received from each staff member! Thank you with all my heart to each one! Blessings!!

The best dental experience I have ever had. After Dr. Smith's extremely professional and effective skills I am giving dental work a second chance after so many poor experiences elsewhere. Will be back soon. Thank you Dr. Smith and your friendly staff!!!!!

The surgery went well for my daughter. She did well after the procedure and recovered well. BUT the problem comes with billing. They called insurance gave me an estimate said my insurance will cover so much and you will have 1000.00 to cover (we were referred and didn't know they were out of network) we agreed and I paid the money before the procedure. Then a month later they tell us we owe another 900.00. We asked didn't you get authorization from the insurance you told us that was covered. They said sorry not our problem pay up. Guess when they said what the bill would be I should have assumed they didn't find out anything and I should have talked with my insurance directly. I have worked with dental offices before that were out of network. They had alway told us they were out of network and they always had the right numbers on what would be covered. Shame on me for assuming Blue Lake would do the same. Expensive lesson learned! *****UPDATE the office manager looked at our account. Said that they had made the mistake and took off the 900.00 bill. HAPPY CAMPER

Very good as far as services performed. They informed me they were not covered by medical insurance because they are a dental service. But they did not inform me that the pathology lab they use also does not contract with medical insurance plans. If they had told me I would have insisted they use a pathology lab on my health insurance plan. Now I have to pay the full $750 pathology bill and it dosen't even apply to my deductible. Very lame.
