Wonderful, new patient there, perfect job with filling and cleaning, I was very nervous at first, but they did a perfect job, and I felt welcomed the moment I walked in, and they are great listeners and very understanding I highly recommend every one here they are the best dentist place ever

Wasted more than two hours to find out they dont accept my insurance (they knew that and didnt feel the need to inform me until after I wasted my time). Very unprofessional to do that. I missed time from work and accomplished nothing!

Steer clear, they lie and suggest procedures that you don't need just to make money on insurance. I had to do a two-way call with the insurance company and Daniela hung up on because they got caught in a lie telling me that I needed fillings that I didn't need. They recommended three and I only really needed one. They also put in for a pre-authorization for a root canal and then denied that they even sent it in. They're a mess. Find a dentist that you can trust. Daniella should not be dealing with the patients as she has a very poor attitude. The rest of the ladies in the office were very nice. It's just a shame that all it takes is One bad Apple to ruin a bunch. * UPDATE, TODAY MAY 26TH, THE DOCTOR ABSOLUTELY TOLD ME I COULD EITHER DO A ROOT CANAL OR AN EXTRACTION, I KNOW WHAT I HEARD AND THE HYGIENIST HEARD IT AS WELL. THIS DANIELLA IS ABUSIVE AND PROVOKING. SHE IS NOW HARASSING ME. SHE DID NOT TREAT ME WITH RESPECT. EVERYONE ELSE EXCEPT HER TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. I wish I could give this place no stars. The customer service is at a all time low here. They don't care about the patients only money. I waited three months for a crown and had to walk around with a temporary tooth which fell out after a week . It was such a disaster coming to this place. I wouldn't recommend a dog go there . They have definitely lost a patient.

I truly have not ever had such a great experience like this with a dentist. The staff is very professional and very nice and down to earth. I truly enjoy going here to get my teeth worked on Blue Hearts Dental, they go above and beyond and truly care about the patients. They are a top notch dentists!!!!

It was my First time going to blue dental I called made an appointment the lady on the phone was very nice, She told me everything I wanted to know. Next when I arrived to my appointment I just filled out a couple of papers not even 5 mins my name was called. The doctor was really nice She asked me a few questions and got to work. Never knew getting my wisdom tooth out was going to be so fast and also it wasn't costly the prices worked for me no problem at all. After getting everything done The front office provided me with my prescription and I was in my way with no more pain. Thank you blue dental

Absolutely horrible experience. They rescheduled my appointment the day before because a hygienist wasn't going to be in, which is fine, but when I arrived for my rescheduled time, they asked to reschedule again because no hygienists were in. I WENT AT MY RESCHEDULED TIME. no apologies or anything, what an unprofessional organization. do not recommend them for anyone with half a brain

Loved it I've been to several different dentist practices in the past two years and I finally found what I've been looking for. Started off of a smiling face behind the mask when i walked in, very pleasant, spoke clearly and proceeded/registered me flawlessly. No wait time, met by Blanca who seems to really love her job and does it very well, also extremely pleasant and attentive. The Dr. who I must apologize didn't get her name or don't recall, my fault....Sorry but she explained in detail what my issues are and provided a solution in a very understanding way, very knowledgeable and she too seems to love her job and it shows. What an amazing team! Thank you all for a great experience, looking forward to my next visit, nice to know my mouth and health are in good hands. Stay safe.
