Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist was very rude, abruptly put me on hold, and took me off hold while talking and having a dispute with his coworker in the back...just to tell me the office wasn't taking new patients.

If you miss an appointment they will not let you make another until you come and pay the fee then they will make you another appointment instead of letting you pay on the day of your next appointment this is very inconvenient if you live 45 minutes away from them

I hate to give this review because everyone at this Dentist are so nice BUT Im a Medicaid patient that needed a new upper denture. I waited over 3 months to get a denture that is useless .... it's too small for my mouth (half the size of my old denture) ... you can see through it (it is so cheaply made) and no one can get it to fit. Their excuse was that I have severe bone loss which is true BUT my 20 year old denture fits well enough and stays in without glue. Now I have moved to another state and have to start all over.

Food comfort dental the people that are very nice they accept Edna better health and asset Medicaid blue comfort dental I would recommend anyone to go there very reasonable

Long time patient of Dr Griffin and a patient of Dr Gandhi since he has taken on the practice. Great dental work and I am glad to see them doing so well with their practice. And glad Connie is still there! Thanks for the great service

I just had a root canal done and the dentist, Dr. Gandhi I believe was his name, he was amazing!! It is the first time in my life I had a shot in the gums that not only DID NOT hurt, but the entire procedure was 100% painless! He was top-notch and 100% professional and kind and explained everything he was doing along the way so there was no surprises. I haven't been to dentist in years and he gave me hope for my teeth when I thought there wasn't any. The dental assistant he had working with him was amazing! She gave me some great Aftercare instructions and was incredibly friendly and professional and guided me to the dentist for more answers to my questions. The true complementary pair. The dentist even took care of a cavity on my back tooth for me! So sweet!

The male receptionist at the Petersburg, Virginia location was disrespectful to me and I don't know why so I cancelled all the appointments for my family. No one should have to put up with a nasty attitude. He seems miserable in general and he shouldn't put that nasty vibe on the patients.

I got a tooth extraction on Wednesday today is Monday and I'm still in pain!!! Something isn't right and nobody will answer the phone there now!

Dr. Ghandi is very nice and does a great job. Don't mind the older office. It probably helps keep prices down. I would recommend to anyone.

I've been to this office a handful of times and I can honestly say that I love coming here. The treatment and care I receive each time is the best! Dr. Gandhi is so sweet. He takes the extra time with you and is gentle and comforting. His staff ( the 2 DA's) and the young man at the front window are all great! You won't regret coming here.

First it was an urgent request-i had a toothache and when i called they were very accommodating. Front the front door every one was extremely kind and professional. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledge and explained every step and the process was PAINLESS. Love the service and they made me a client! Thank you

Dr. Ghandi and Dr. Nguyen worked on my teeth and they are both very professional. They are great in explaining on what needs to be done. They will make you comfortable that makes the nervousness bearable. The staff are very nice and polite. I am very satisfied and coming back.

Today was my second visit to Blue Comfort Dental. I hate the dentist due to past experiences and I wait until the last possible moment to see one. I called today, at 8:30 AM, because I could not take the pain anymore and happened to have the morning off. The gentleman that answered the phone, took my name and told me to come in and they will work me in. I arrived by 9:15 am and didn't even get to sit down in waiting room. I was taken back immediately and both the dentist and his lovely assistant immediately had me set up and he was examining my tooth. He agreed to remove it. And began to numb me asap. Gel first and then the needles. The entire time he is sticking me to numb me, he is talking me through it and just nice all around. Took 3 rounds of 1 numbing med and 1 additional round of something stronger, he made sure I felt no pain. 10 minutes, if that, of tugging and BAM. Its out. Packed and sent on my way! They were all around amazing to deal with!
