Dr. Elnahass was born in Boston and attended New York University (NYU) where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He practiced for several years in New Hampshire before moving to Virginia to be closer to hisfamily.
I am a dentist because I want to be an artist and scientist at the same time. I love my job because I meet a lot of patients with different needs and I get to help them change their lives by improving their smile.
Rohana is originally from Afghanistan and recently moved to the Fredericksburg area from Manassas. She has been dental assisting for four years and enjoys helping create smiles that boost patients' confidence.In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and trying new foods.
Born and raised in Spotsylvania, Va, Mikayla received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College. Mikayla has been with Blue Bird Dentistry since 2019 and has a total of 8 years of experience in dentistry. She has a strong passion to educate and motivate her patients to assure optimal oral health. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, playing the guitar, and spending time with friends and family!
Originally from Puerto Rico, Michelle has lived in Stafford county for over 15 years with her husband and two children. Michelle earned an Associate's of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from NOVA and received her Dental hygiene license in 2012. She is passionate about providing the highest quality oral hygiene care to her patients while being compassionate to their oral needs and concerns. Michelle loves nature, the ocean, and listening to all kinds of music. Best of all she loves spending quality time with her family.

My hygienist, Mikala, was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely meticulous and careful in thoroughly analyzing my current dental status. Dr. Elnahass is terrific as well......so professional and caring! Actually, the entire staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful.

I have been going here for as long as i can remember. I have always had a great experience. I do have anxiety with doctors offices but they always accommodate me and make me feel just fine. Super gentle.

Dr. Elnahaas is very thorough and friendly but professional. He treats his patients with care and he is attentive to his patient's concerns. His staff is cordial and takes their time to listen to the patient's requests or concerns. Michelle is always pleasant to have as our dental hygienist. She is also very thorough with examining any oral issues and makes sure to mention it to Dr. E upon examination. Our family is happy with the care that Blue Bird Dentistry provides. Highly recommended!!

I have been looking for a good dentist for six years. I finally found the best. Dr. Elnahass is exceptional. Very friendly and he takes the time to explain everything. He's very gentle and very knowledgeable. Grace is so nice and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Jess, helped me so much with my insurance. I have never been to a better office. They make you feel like family. If your looking for a good dentist. I highly recommend Blue Bird Dentistry.

Michaela is amazing not sure if that's the correct spelling of her name. Where I went before I used cold water in my teeth always hurt she uses warm water and nothing hurts!! An amazing experience and my teeth look great!

Amazing Dentistry. From the start Maria took care of me warmed my heart and made me relax for Dr. E to do his magic and the young lady at the front counter she was amazing as well, she's the one who made a miracle happen in the first place by getting me in the office within 24hrs. I'm thankful that my adult children came here first and recommended me. My family has found a dentist and staff that truly care about your comfort. Highly recommended. Dr. Elnahass answers all questions. He does not appear to be in a rush. He goes the extra mile to make sure there is no discomfort in a complicated procedure. He waits to confirm the anesthetic is working before beginning even though it took a little extra time. His hygienist is very perceptive to any nonverbal signs of discomfort before I even said anything. He informed me of cost prior to beginning.
