The Doctor and staff were wonderful. Considerate, compassionate and professional. I began extensive procedures and highly recommend them to anyone. Awesome people.

I took my 3 year old and they were dead set on me leaving her alone while they closed the door. I understand that most children cry more when their parent is in sight, but my child was not crying or scared at all. I was willing to wait in the hall with the door open so that I would not disrupt the procedure but they wouldnt allow it. They also wanted me to sign a form allowing them to strap her to a papoose board and I refused. I have worked in a dentist office and witnessed first hand the methods they use to restrain children and I wont allow it. There are other ways. I had changed to this office because it was more convenient and close to my home, but I will be taking my children back to Smiles in Oneonta where the dentist allows parents to watch children from a distance. Things are different today than they were before and you have to watch your children more closely. Please do not leave your child alone with anyone that you dont know, even if its a dentist or doctor! To add to this, this dentist said 3 of my children had cavities and that 1 even needed root canals. I could not see the cavities so I took my children to Dr. Hypes and NONE of my 4 children need fillings ESPECIALLY not my 3 year old! Some dentists will take advantage of Medicaid patients and perform unnecessary work just to get easy money from Medicaid. Its sickening!

How can you run a business when you are only open 2 days a week. Stupid.

We're on day two of trying to get the mouthwash called into the pharmacy, and they just closed. Over a dozen phone calls and multiple excuses, and we are no better off than before we went there and paid $47. If you go,get the prescription on paper,no matter how long it takes. Waste of time and money.
