For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Dong Nguyen (also known as Dr. Dong by his patients) has been practicing dentistry for more than a decade! He enjoys interacting with patients of all ages and loves the long-lasting relationship he forms with each of them. Dr. Nguyen always presents the best treatment options to his patients and treats them as if they were his family. Dr. Dong spent his childhood in several states - New Jersey, Louisiana, Massachusetts (Boston), but he mainly grew up in the neighboring city of Santa Clara. He graduated from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Biology. Dr. Nguyen then attended the University of California, San Francisco School Dentistry where he was involved in many community service organizations. After graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree, he then completed a one year hospital residency program at the Mare Island Veterans Affairs dental clinic where he received advanced training in Implantology, Endodontics, Removable and Fixed Prosthodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatric, General and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara Dental Society, and NCVAD (Northern California Vietnamese Association of Dentists). He stays up-to-date with the latest advances in Dentistry by attending countless Continuing Education seminars. In his spare time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys watching and playing many sports. Having lived in Boston as a child, he is an avid Boston Celtics, Red Sox, and New England Patriots fan. But he has also grown to love watching the Warriors, 49ers, and Giants. Dr. Nguyen also loves spending time with his family - especially his son. He cant wait for him to be old enough to take to sporting events.
Nicole has been an Orthodontic assistant for over 15 years! Prior to that, she was a front office patient care coordinator, but yearned to get her hands wet with patients' Orthodontic treatment. She is energetic &loves engaging with our patients & their families. Nicole can answer any &all questions related to your Orthodontic treatment - having been through it herself &now with her daughter! She is an expert!
Elena has been with our practice since the very beginning! She is highly knowledgeable in all things related to your Orthodontic care. Elena is hard working, caring, andloves interacting with our patients & their families.

Dr. Dong is the best!!! He truly takes time to get to know his patients and is very thorough and caring with his work. Our whole family were under his care. We had to move out of state so were very sad to say goodbye. We really had great experiences with him and will be recommending any future acquaintances who would be moving to Bay Area to Dr. Dong!!

Both of my teenagers are patients here. They both get their cleanings and both have had their braces done here. I highly recommend Blossom Valley Smiles. Dr Linda and Dr Dong are excellent. I feel they always want their patients to have a good experience. I feel confident about the procedures being performed in their office. Their front office staff are courteous and friendly. The offices are clean and well decorated. I would definitely recommend Blossom Valley Smiles to friends and family . . . I actually have too!

One of the most genuine staff and dental care I have experienced. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and loved. Every appointment they greet you with a smile and enthusiasm! They are full of warmth and kindness. I have never left an appointment disappointed or felt mistreated. Whether it's through complementing your outfit, talking to you about you favorite shows/movies, giving you a whole free bottle of apple cider after you get your braces removed, Blossom Valley smiles is the best dental care in San Jose! I would never go anywhere else. And to mention, the great work they did on my teeth. I recently got my braces removed and I loveeeee my teeth now. The clinic is amazing. Dr Linda is providing palate expander treatment to my 7 year old for overbite. My daughter was reciting poems after the appliance was placed! No pain or inconvenience. Dr. Linda explains everything in detail and is very empathetic. The clinic takes a lot of precaution for Covid as well.

I broke my front tooth by shearing it eating big new year dinner, and it happens to be the one next to the front middle, looks scary to my kids and not professional for work, Wife called Dr Dong, he quickly arranged the appointments, the next day clean out the sheared remaining teeth,put in post, applied temporary tooth as containment and schedule two weeks to put in the permanent one! Many thanks Dr Dong for quickly follow up and follow through, it feels really good to have my temp tooth back in position and looking forward to the permanent one in two weeks, wife and my kids were so happy to see it back to normal thanks a lot!
