Our pediatric dental practice was established in 1976. Dr. Barber joined the practice in 2014, and purchased it in 2018. This is a multi-specialty office that includes specialists in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. The practice is located in the South-East corner of the city of Ann Arbor. It is conveniently located on Eisenhower Parkway near the intersection of Packard Rd. with easy access for patients from the surrounding communities of Ypsilanti and Saline.
Historically, the practice has drawn patients from communities as far away as Brighton, Jackson, Milan, Monroe and Plymouth Canton. Drs. Barber and Ahmed have long standing associations with the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and both continue to teach there part time. The practice has a policy of accepting virtually all types of 3rd party payment plans including most private insurance, Healthy Kids, MI Child, and Medicaid. In addition to offering dental services to infants, children, adolescents and special needs patients, the practice has offered the services of an Orthodontic specialist for over 20 years. It was our first experience at the dental office with our 2.5 yr okd son. Staff was wonderful and so polite! Our son did very well thanks to the staff being so friendly and great!

We love Blossom! My daughter was quite traumatized by a different pediatric dentist office, since we switched to Blossom, she is constantly asking when it's time to go back for a cleaning! The staff is amazing here, from reception to hygienist to assistant and Dentist, we adore them all. I recently switched all 4 of my children to Blossom and all 4 have had nothing but good things to say. Thank you to the Blossom staff for creating such a comfortable and caring atmosphere. We appreciate you!

We have had such bad luck with going to the Dentist. Until today and I was just so impressed all around and my child loved the Dentist and everyone else there.

Blossom Pediatric Dentistry is amazing with our foster daughter who has special needs. They are patient and adapt for her unique needs. They have went above and beyond to provide dental services for her and we are blessed to have this team as part of her care.

From the professional office staff to the Dental Assistants and Doctor this place has done it right. The office itself was clean, neat, not too colorful but just enough and a great place to take children. My only issue is that I can't become a patient for my own dental care.

I can't say enough about this amazing practice. First, the aesthetics are fabulous. Clean, beautiful, spacious, entertaining area for the kids. The staff and dental hygienists are caring and understanding, and both my kids feel incredibly comfortable during each visit. Dr. Barber is absolutely phenomenal. My child has specific needs during his visits and she has always made his visits comforting and reassuring. An absolutely beautiful and personal experience, and so incredibly lucky to have Blossom Pediatric Dentistry in my community.

Dr. Barber and her staff are the best. Both of my kids needed extra stuff done and Dr Barber did everything needed in one day which was much appreciated. She and her staff are excellent with kids and I will not take my kids anywhere else. I highly recommend this office.

The atmosphere is child-centric, full of colors and various pictures to appeal to children. The staff were nice and it waiting time was short. The dental assistant was friendly with my daughter and tried to make her feel comfortable through conversation. The facility was clean and spacious. The dentist was gentle with my daughter and I appreciated her clear explanations of her examination and preferred plan of action. There's also very efficient, didn't take as long as I anticipated but it didn't feel rushed. My daughter said she enjoyed the visit because the dentist was nice.

I have been taking my kids here for almost two years now. I'm very picky when it comes to finding providers that make my kids feel safe and happy. Blossom pediatric dentist crew exceeds my expectations! All of their employees are friendly and through. They take the time to explain to my kids what is going to happen, what each tool is use for and ease them into whatever is next. Their office makes billing and insurance go through smoothly and let me know ahead of time what my insurance offers. Most dentist offices do not so this is a plus and peace of mind. So I recommend this office completely.

I was very nervous for my 5 year old's first dental procedure. Dr. Barber and her assistant explained everything along the way, and the whole experience was beyond smooth. They are truly amazing! I am so thankful for such an easy appointment.

Had a great first experience coming here, we were treated great and the staff were all super friendly. It was easy to get an appointment and the office is easy to get to. Both Laura & Dr. Barber were great, they were friendly and really helpful with the brushing tips. Overall, glad we came here and will be coming here for our future appointments.

Can I just say that I LOVE this dentistry!! I took my daughter here for a second opinion and I felt soo relieved by their options and care. My husband has gone here since childhood, I wish I took my daughter here sooner!
