I absolutely love Bloomington Family Dental! Everything is always so streamlined and efficient, fast in fast out but with exceptional service every step of the way. The facilities are SO clean with really beautiful decor that makes the whole experience as relaxing and enjoyable as going to the dentist can be! Everyone who works there is so lovely too. I have some anxiety surrounding going to the dentist too, so I am beyond happy I found this practice!

Ok I have had dental problems pretty much my whole life, partly because I had to go to difference dental offices when I was growing up because of divorced parents. So I would have my teeth fixed just to later have the next dentist screw up what the previous dentist had done to fix my teeth. Now I have to wear a full upper denture and I need a partial lower denture still. I had heard good things about this dental office but my upper denture has never fit. I have always had to use adhesive to keep them from slipping and the teeth are way too small, so small that they are causing my jaw to crack and pop alot more than it has ever done before and causing me to have lock jaw. When I eat I constantly end up biting my tongue or the inside of my lip and I bleed forever. When I had said something to them about the things I felt was wrong with the denture and what it was doing to me they told me they were fine. I also have receding gums on the bottom front and my teeth are very exposed. When I had them cleaned they had to give me shots to numb the pain from cleaning. When the dentist came in to look at how bad it was he said just have her come back in 6 months f or a cleaning. What the hell????I know they can fix the gums by grafting a peice of healthy gum onto it. But nope they just let it get worse and now everything is alot worse. I would not recommend this dental office to my worst enemy.

I've been going here for about 4-5 years for routine cleanings and a few fillings. I have always had great experiences. Reception area is welcoming, a nice clean building, and I really like my dental hygienist Layne. She does an amazing job on cleanings and I really enjoy talking to her. Also both dentists are very friendly and take the extra time to explain any needed procedures. Great place!

I went in with a broken tooth and pain. They explained everything to me and they all work as a team to make your painful situation a thousand times better! Got me an appointment to go back and do teeth cleaning! So many nice and friendly people working here! They make sure you are taken care of!! Thank you Dr. K and his staff!!

Dr Shirley and Dr Klobovis are both extremely knowledgeable and professional and absolutely gentle! I've had to have a few filings and some redone and they numb you so fast and gentle you hardly even feel it and they do great work! They get in and out quickly. I hate saying I enjoy going to the dentist, especially when I'm getting my face drilled, but these two and their staff make it much easier to want to go back. Thank you for the hard work and professionalism of the staff. A++++

The women at the front desk are rude and snotty. I missed 2 appointments. My father passed away. Then my brother and mother both passed after my father. I wasn't thinking clearly and missed the 2 different appointments. I tried to explain what had happened. But that didn't matter. I understand that it's all about the money to these people. I thought that they would have understood. It was my fault for not being there. But once again I was mourning and not thinking. Maybe one day the same will happen to them one day. They are very uncompassion people. Except for the cleaning ladies. They are kind.

I've been going to Bloomington Family Dental for over 2 years now, and i love it! My dental hygienist is super nice and always makes sure to ask if I've been having any problems, and when there are problems the dentist talks through them. Very nice people, and they do their job very well!
