We can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. The state does not require our practice to complete insurance paperwork, however, as a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Dr. Golian is a board certified pediatric dentist. He graduated in 2001 from Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and in 2005 he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
Our orthodontic specialist, Dr. Payam Sanjideh, attended the University of California San Diego for his undergraduate studies and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California.
Dr. George Abed, a Southern California native, attended UCLA where he graduated with a B.S in psycho-biology. After receiving his diploma Dr. Abed moved to Boston, attending dental school at Harvard University and received his D.M.D.
Dr. Deyanira Sanchez is a board certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Sanchez is a L.A. native who received accreditation for Doctor in Dental Surgery as well as a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Hormoz Golian grew up in southern California. Following a desire to work in the healthcare profession, he pursued a career in dentistry. Dr. Golian graduated in 2001 from Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and in 2005 he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a two-year residency at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center, earning a specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Golian is a board certified pediatric dentist.
Dr. Golian is committed to providing superior dental care by staying up-to-date with the latest advances and techniques in pediatric dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.
Currently, Dr. Golian resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Natasha, who is a periodontist in Simi Valley. Dr. Golian enjoys playing racquetball, biking and water sports during his time outside the office.

I love everything about this office. My kids have been coming here since their very first dental appointments. I love the staff, I love how they explain to the kids everything that's going to happen and they do their very best to have them be relaxed throughout the process. I moved out of the area and still make the drive to come to this office.

Super bad experience, maybe yes their work is good but they didn't charge me for a visit saying my insurance covered it and 6 months later at my daughters next check up they told me the co-pay was $79 or and by the way you also owe for your for visit tomorrow $79 which I wasn't aware because they told me it was covered with insurance . Not a good front office to wait 6 months to tell me my insurance cost . So be careful ! Ask all the questions necessarily so you don't get over charged ! Dental work is expensive but definitely you should be told before going through any service with them .

i love blooming smiles!! i had braces for 2 years here and it went by so fast. they have 2 tvs for you to watch while you're there so you're not just staring at at the ceiling. They have multiple color choices for you to pick, and you also get points to get a gift card of your choice! They gave me soda, popcorn, gum, and chips after i removed my braces. I love how they actually care about their patients. Would 100% recommend!

Best dentist ever! I never write reviews and no one asked me to, this is from the heart. I'm so grateful for the amazing care my daughter gets from Dr. Golian and his team. I was hesitant to take her, but thankfully the mom guilt beat out the covid-era fears. They take every safety precaution and everything is spotless. Make that sparkling! My daughter is treated like there's no one more important or wonderful than her. It is heartwarming for her to receive this kind of attention from the hygienist at her cleaning, and especially so from Dr. Golian and Gena. I wish I had a dentist like this when I was a kid! Her brushing game has stepped up since their instruction! All children deserve this kind of respect and care. I've never been happier with a dentist. It's an easy drive from Sherman Oaks, there's tons of parking, they explain everything, and make your options clear. My daughter enjoys watching movies and getting prizes--we all win! I trust my precious daughter in their expert hands.

Blooming Smiles is organized, professional and honest. From our first evaluation to our retainer appointment it's been top notch service. Our son was evaluated by the orthodontist the first year....we were told too early to start treatment- return in 1 year. We returned again....another evaluation and the ortho told us again...too early....he advised to wait another year. Age 11 rolled around and he said- great! Perfect time to start.....I mean who does that? I appreciated this doctors honesty and willing to take the risk that we might not come back all for the sake of my son's health and what was best for HIM. We had no problems with this office. Please be wary of other orthodontist as we had 3 different evaluations and got three completely different treatment plans and prices. One doctor wanted to remove several teeth and said he required 2 stages of braces and twice the cost of Blooming Smiles! I completely trust this office and you should too.
