Dr. Jeff Schwert Dr. Schwert received his BS degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1986. Dr. Schwert has been practicing dentistry in the area since 1986, in 1991 he purchased Blooming Prairie Dental Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Schwert and his wife Tammy have 4 sons and enjoy living on their farm near Rock Dell and a variety of outdoor activities.
