Dr. Sung Wook Yoonhas always wanted to spend his life improving the condition of oral health for others. He believes all patients teeth are important, and the proper care you give them is a great investment into their healthy future. Dr. Yoonbelieves that the best dental care for a patient comes from paying close attention to what is desired by the patient and then, taking time to partner with them to come up with a treatment plan that will satisfy their desires without compromising values or ethics in the delivery of care. He also believes that nothing can be more important than educating the patient about the process, procedures, outcomes, and long-term effects of patients decisions.
Dr. Yoon is a prosthodontic specialist with more than 32years of experience and 4700 successful implant cases. After graduating from Seoul National University College of Dentistry (DDS) in 1989, he received three years of orthodontic training and a Master of Science (MS) degree, then three years of prosthodontic training and a Master of Science (MS) degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York.
He has been a clinical instructor for five years (2005-2010) at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. With dental licenses in the United States, South Korea, and China, he has extensive experience in these countries as an international lecturer, clinical instructor, clinical professor, and private practitioner.

Michelle has 28 years of dental assistant experience and performs as a surgical lead assistant. Dr. Yoon and her team-work is fantastic,especially in complicated surgical procedures. She is genuinely gifted in caring people and she shares her gift with all our staffs and patients. She always starts a day with a smile and finishes with a laugh.
Hailie is a multi-tasker who performs her work front to back office. The role is essential in securing treatment plans and coordination of financial resources and insurance requirements and billing practices. She is the mom of the office, loves to feed everyone and makes sure no one is hungry.

I'm not much of a person writing a reviews or give ratings but I wanted to share my experience for those of you who are seeking for your dental works. As I got older I have fear and anxiety when it comes to dental works, but the staffs are very friendly and inviting and made me feel at ease. I am so happy with the result with almost no pain and discomfort. Thank you to Dr. Yoon who is soft spoken, explaining all my questions, he made me feel very comfortable when I was so scared and stressed. The service and experience I had with Blooming Dental was great! I would definitely go back for more dental works if needed, I highly recommend Blooming Dental in Lynnwood. Very professional but mostly very friendly. Thank You!

I originally looked up Blooming Dental for my dad for his implants. And they've taken care of him so well and he's been very happy with his new teeth. Now about a year after, my parents wanted me to get a thorough check on my teeth and recommended me to go to Dr. Yoon because they trust him. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and took X-rays. They explained to my parents and I everything very well with my teeth. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Very happy with my check up. He even complimented on how well I clean my teeth and perfect bite :)

Warning! This dentist will take your money for dentures and then be unavailable for follow up adjustments and to add a lining. I paid $1500 for lower dentures which were way too big and I couldn't eat with them at all. Dr. Yoon's excuse was I hadn't gotten implants to go with them. He adjusted them a little but when I got home I still could not eat with them. They didn't fit at all. I tried to get an appointment for an adjustment but he was out of the country for 2 weeks. I couldn't go that long without eating, so I had to go to someone else to get them adjusted who fixed them so I could at least eat a little. I finally was able to see Dr. Yoon for an adjustment but afterwards they still did not fit. So I had someone else help adjust them again. Then when I tried to get an appointment to have a lining added, I was told he was unavailable for 3 weeks. So now I will have to pay for someone else to add a lining.
