I sporadically decided to straighten my teeth and it was one of the best decisions I've made. A MAJOR part of why this decision was so great was because of Bloom Orthodontics. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Vu takes her time with each patient and makes sure she understands the results they want. I went through multiple rounds of scans and trays and never felt pressured or rushed to end treatment. I felt understood and listened to. It's very easy to book an appointment (so much flexibility!). The office is clean and there is tons of parking on site. This was the easiest process I've ever dealt with. 100% recommend!

Friendly Staff, clean facility, and pleasant to do business with. Could be open more days, but it's manageable. Clear-Plastic braces were not fun, but not horrible. You warm up to them quickly and they allow for a lot of versatility. It's worth the end result. As a someone who's never had braces it's great to ask the following to have a clear understanding of the treatment: 1. What is the the estimated treatment time 2. Explain the possibility and potential length of a 'second round' of treatment. Also, what you can be done to avoid it. 3. Once the treatment is complete, how long should I expect to wear a daily retainer. Also, make sure you understand the length of treatment they are prescribing to your insurance paperwork so you don't make any changes in the interim as that can add complications., otherwise ask them to adjust it to match your actual treatment as it occurs. They will work with you but it's best to get this info up front as an FYI

Love this orthodontist. We have taken 3 of our daughters here to get braces, so we have been visiting monthly since 2018. The staff is amazing, and professional. The office is clean and organized. The treatment and prices are explained up front so there are no surprises later. Never had any issues making or rescheduling appointments, or with billing or payments, broken brackets, etc. They were always accommodating. We have had the best experience here. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Bloom. My daughter loved them. The staff is fantastic, we were always seen on time and the office is impeccably clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I just completed my treatment with invisible aligners and the results are beyond expected. It fixed my crowded teeth, asymmetries and made my smile so bright I feel I'm ready to do a toothpaste commercial :) The staff is very friendly and the service fast and efficient.

Very sweet staff and clean office. The doctor is very professional and cares about your smile. Reception desk staff are always polite and attentive to your questions. Your appointment always starts on time and you are attended to right away, which I loved! Plenty of parking and easy to get to if you're from Long Beach. However, they are not open Monday-Friday all day. This made it difficult for me to book since I work 2 jobs. Also, when they removed my braces, the technician was NOT gentle and kept slipping & hitting my gums. This made them VERY swollen and made my gums bleed more. (I would advise her to be more gentle and take her time with her future clients, so that this doesn't happen again).

Dr Bloom and his staff are wonderful! They are friendly and welcoming. Dr Bloom explains the orthodontic plan in full . I will be starting my third child in braces with Dr Bloom because I've see the great smiles my kids have .

We love Bloom! From the cleanliness of the office, the responsiveness of the front office staff, and the attentiveness of Dr. Vu, we are definitely fans. I was impressed by the safety precautions taken during covid making me feel much more at ease for my son's appointments. Despite the pandemic, Bloom never missed a beat with appointment scheduling. My son's orthodontic care was complete in the timeline provided and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Dr. Vu and her team!

I highly recommend Dr. Thao Vu for orthodontic care. I've lived all my life with fangs and front teeth angled like ajar doors. Dr. Vu came up with a treatment plan and had a vision for how she was going to reshape my smile. She was very knowledgable and gave me options for how we were going to execute the plan. She was very good at explaining what we needed to do, every step of the way. And even at times when I felt apprehensive, she was patient, even if it meant extending the duration of my treatment. The Bloom Orthodontics office is very clean and her staff is always very friendly. I ended up moving 30 miles away and did not want to switch to another service provider, as it was worth the drive. They were also very flexible and accommodating to my work schedule, which I really appreciated. My braces are finally off, as of yesterday, and I feel like a new person thanks to. Dr. Vu and her team.

I had a comprehensive (2 year) Invisalign treatment with Dr. Vu and I couldn't be happier with the result and the entire experience. Dr. Vu was always available and answered all my questions before and during the treatment, and she and her staff were amazing throughout. I love how smooth it all went, without any surprises, particularly financial ones. Even after I got my retainers, I am still having recurring appointments to ensure everything is good, and all of that was included in the initial package. As inconvenient and painful the treatment was, Dr. Vu made it a great experience!

I had a great experience at bloom orthodontics and I am happy with the results they provided with my Invisalign treatment. I thought the time and money spent was worth it and I would recommend anyone looking to improve their teeth to visit bloom and get started sooner than later.

My son had a great experience at Bloom Orthodontics. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. From the first consultation and throughout treatment, Dr Vu explained the process and answered any questions we had. My son recently had his braces removed and his teeth look amazing. We'll definitely be back in 6-9 months when it is my daughter's turn.
