We haven't had the best of luck finding the right dentist since we moved here to El Paso. We had terrible experiences from two different dental offices. My husband and I worked in the dental field for many years and it was concerning to see the dental offices in the city having no people skills and trying to take advantage of us thinking we didn't know anything about dental treatments. However, coming to Bliss dental put our hearts at ease. The previous dentist said our son had 8 cavities, we couldn't believe it because we constantly check his teeth at night. So we were fortunate to be seen here today for an exam. Unlike the other offices Dr. Chin took his time to introduce himself in a friendly manner to each family member and the patient(our son). When Dr. Chin checked his teeth, he found 0 cavities on my son's teeth and his X-rays. Why apply unnecessary restorations on healthy teeth? I'm glad we found a permanent ethical awesome dentist. Our search is over! Thank you Dr. Chin and staff for being so welcoming and helpful. See you all at the next time!

This was a good cleaning. The hygienist was very good and did a great job. Very thorough and always asked if I was doing ok.

I am new to this practice. To be honest I was very hesitant as I had already been with my previous dentist for over 15 years. This practice is very clean, the staff is so welcoming. From the hygienist Denise which was so gentle and thorough, the George the dental assistant so friendly, confident and knows his business to finally Dr. Chin who is so personable, friendly, and thorough himself. I'll be here as long as this team is here. Hands down the best experience. Thank you Update: for this past visit 09/2022- my husband and I have been here for several reasons and we've become very fond of the entire team, Dr. Chin is so professional and great bedside manner. My hygienist Denise who by the way is the best hygienist I've ever had. She did my cleaning a month ago and I mentioned to her an up and coming procedure I was having. Today, she stopped in my room to say hi and she remembered my procedure. That meant so much to me and warms my heart we made the change to Bliss family. Thank you for all that you do and who you are.

charged me $99 for what i thought was a cleaning and exam. but ended up taking my money because they want me to get a deep cleaning which is like &$1400
