Dr. Takeda was born and raised in Fresno, California and graduated from California State University, Fresno. Her interest in dentistry began at an early age as she observed her father, a dentist in Fresno, helping people improve and maintain their oral health. It was during college that she had the opportunity to assist her father through local dental mission trips, which ultimately led to her decision to pursue a career in dentistry. She graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry with honors as a member of the Tau Kappa Omega dental honor society. During dental school, she continued to provide service to those in need through the schools annual mission trip to Fiji. Upon graduation, Dr. Takeda returned to Fresno to complete a one year General Practice Residency.
Dr. Takeda always aims to provide superior patient care and to treat patients with the same consideration that she would with her own family. She wants each patient to feel like they are a partner in their oral health care. Dr. Takeda is committed to continuing education in the latest techniques in dentistry in order to provide the utmost patient care.
In her spare time, Dr. Takeda enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and two young sons. They usually love to travel but lately have been taking advantage of the beauty in their own backyard. Dr. Takeda is always trying out new recipes, looking for good book recommendations, and challenging her husband to various fitness competitions.

This is my go to dentistry for all my dental health needs and procedures. Just came in and had my cleaning and check-up which went very smooth. I used to put off going to the dentist when I was younger, but I feel like family here and the whole process has been much easier. Dr. Bliss and her staff are very friendly and they help you out and keep you informed every step of the way.

Was seen quickly, same week. Appt started on time. Everyone was very nice. I was taken care of by DDS Bliss and she took the time necessary, was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and my options. Took really good care of me. Will definitely refer her to others.

When Dr. Mehdi Vandi transferred his dental practice to Bliss Dentistry, I was a bit concerned because I trusted Dr. Vandi with crown work. But the dentists at Bliss have proven to be more than capable of handling my crown work with as little pain as possible. They are skilled, professional, and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs crown work done.

Dr. Bliss and Dr. Takeda are the G.O.A.T.S. By far the best dentists I have went to. My cavities were deep and wide, I hadn't been to the dentist in three years and I love gummy bears. So it's was the perfect recipe for a trash mouth. They fixed me up, it was tough with all the drilling and tugging. But isn't the end Dr. Takeda and Randa got my mouth right. Being that it was pretty extensive, Dr. Takeda called me and asked how everything was exactly 24 hours later. That was so great! So great then there is Marybelle. The kindest person ever. Her pleasant demeanor and attention to detail are miraculous. Overall, I love this place.

I began Invisalign today with Dr Bliss - and all through out the pain free process I appreciated her encouragement and always explaining what's to happen next with such professionalism and kindness. Everything one would expect and hope for in a Dentist! I am grateful for her care and expertise

Dr Bliss and her assistant were very professional and caring during my dental surgery. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft done at the same time. She was very thorough in explaining each step prior to the surgery and would alert me her next action as we progressed in the surgery. She took care to let me know what to expect. There was never a moment that i felt she didnt have control. I intend to continue using Dr Bliss as my preferred Dentist and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

I'm a dental chicken, but I have no fear when I come see Bliss. I don't have the greatest teeth so I've had to get cavities filled and crowns replaced. Bliss is confident and capable, and you'll (literally) be in good hands. She takes time to explain things and answer questions, which I often pepper her with. I appreciate that she tells me what she's going to do during the procedure, each step of the way, so I know what to expect. Highly recommend Charles the hygienist there as well. He's very thorough and I always feel sparkly clean after. Marybelle is also very sweet and helpful whenever I need to reschedule my appointments which is very often. She is on top of it!
