Staff was nice, doctor was horrible. Didn't introduce himself, gave me two shots in the jaw and walked away. Came back in awhile later after the shots could take affect. Did not tell me what was going on and just started drilling in my tooth. The entire time the dentist was around he was rude. There was no after care advice, no see you back in 2 weeks to see how its going, no nothing. I have been in so much pain the last 2 days that i called back and then after being told how much pain i was in, then they decided to prescribe antibiotics. All they were worried about was getting the insurance info. Worst dental experience I have ever had. Don't go here.

I have scheduled an appointment 3 times over the course of 3 months with a significant tooth issue. Every time, the day before my appointment, they call and cancel, citing one issue after another. Waiting months at a time just to get cancelled on due to all these personal issues that should not impact a dental practice on this level, is ridiculous. I will not be rescheduling, especially not after reading some of these other reviews. Don't waste your time.

If you get an appointment after lunch don't show up early. They schedule the moment the door opens. Outdated facilities. Very rude on mask policy. Make sure your exactly on time (not early) with a mask in hand or they will act better than you. Nurses were friendly, in the few times members of my family have come, and the reason for not a lower review. My whole family will not return here.

Awful personal only wants to pull ur teeth to make a dollar pulled all of my teeth left me to figure it out he said I had bone loss come to find out there is to much and now have to go threw more pain cuz he can not properly work on ppl without thinking about $ signs

My family has been seeing Dr. Blank since the early 2000's and we plan on many more! We are very happy here and LOVE the decor in each room!!

Staff and Dr Blank were great with me. My husband also saw him and was very happy. I would recommend them highly.

I was 3 mins late to a cleaning because of icy roads and snow and the hygienist made me reschedule and even got unprofessional to me yelling! As a fellow dental worker myself i will say holly the hygienist is not a professional I want working on my teeth. The office manager didn't even offer a solution to help after my 35-40 minute drive one way to get there. Super unprofessional!

I've had the best dental insurance and I've also had no dental insurance And therefore have been to an array of dentist offices From private practices to community health. Dr. Blank is my new Across the board all the time first pick. Simply put, I never feel a thing when I go there. He has set my anxiety at ease and has been a godsend of a find for me. His staff is friendly, The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and he is pleasant and gentle. I really couldn't recommend this place enough.

Need to up grade machines and building i feel kinda gross when lm in there and I also smell cigarette smoke. How gross!

Everyone here is so nice but all the fillings I've ever had done here popped out a year or two later causing some serious problems. Now another dentist has to fix his mistakes and it's quite costly. I would come here for emergencies but wouldn't for a long term dentist.

I would give Zero stars if it was an option. I was discriminated against by Dr. Blank's staff because I am a Medicaid patient. I called to get an urgent appointment for a painful abscess and was told the soonest available appointment was two weeks away. Okay. So I show up today for my appointment and I'm seen by a woman who may or may not have been a dental hygienist. She takes one x-ray of my mouth and tells me I have bone loss. Then she asks me what kind of antibiotic I want to take, as if I am qualified to say. Then she gives me a flyer for the dental school clinic at KVCC and says I should call them for a periodontal screening. I ask, why can't I have the screening here? She says something non-specific about my insurance. I say okay and leave. I call the number for the clinic; the first screening appointment is January. No procedure appointments until March. I call back to Blank's office, now at this point I am livid. Why couldn't they just have helped me today? Why wasn't I given a full exam? If the procedure I need isn't covered by Medicaid I should have been given the option to pay cash. Now they are trying to say I need a different specialist. But HOW WOULD THEY KNOW THAT?! NOBODY EVEN LOOKED INSIDE MY MOUTH! THEY ONLY TOOK ONE X-RAY! The people who work here are liars, plain and simple. They change their story when you catch them in one lie, and give you a different lie. What a complete f*cking waste of time.

Very nice staff, I've had no issues. Only one doc, so he is jumping from patient to patient, If you want a no nonsense do it in and out, He's your guy! The doc and staff all seem to have a good sense of humor and are kind and caring, they definitely work for a living and are moving so don't expect a lot of chatting, if you need that, it may not be the place you're looking for. From what I've seen they do take more time with the little ones.

Was 9 mins late for a appointment stood and waited 3 mins for the receptionist to get off the phone. To have her tell me that I was over ten minutes late so I had to reschedule. Needless to say I will be taking my children somewhere else. Worthless dentist office. My son has two broken molars that need to be pulled now because they didn't fill the small cavities when needed. They don't even deserve a star.

They are so rude and impatient and it's been like that since I was younger. I've tried them again after years of going to a different dentist to see if there was a change and it's the same energy. If you're that grumpy and don't like your career retire or find something that makes you happy.

I've been seeing Dr. Blank consistently for 22 years. He's about the only dentist I will let touch my mouth, if I have a choice. He has always made sure I am in as little pain as possible. He's filled several of my teeth and pulled several more, he's the only dentist I'll recommend.

Went in with tooth pain and was told it was just sensitivity. The lady was very gentle cleaning my teeth which I initially appreciated. Went for a second opinion and I have 4 cavities or fillings that need refilled. They also vigorously cleaned my teeth and it seems like the cleaning done at blanks wasn't very thorough. They got a lot more plaque and stuff off. Overall I would say if you need just a basic cleaning, consider blank. Anything more, make the drive to Kalamazoo.
