Drs. Richardson and Blanchard, along with their friendly and professional team, have given my family excellent care for years. I recently had a painful tooth issue and was told all of the details and options, and given invaluable advice from both Dr, Skootie, Dr. Richardson and dental hygienist Kim. This practice has caring practitioners and staff who prioritise the patient over all else. Kim is the best; gentle and thorough, with years of experience that are apparent and appreciated!

So very very please, I recently chipped my front tooth. I called my dentist office Blanchard and Richard and and...got in the next day. Doctor Richard did an amazing job on my chipped tooth! I can, can not thank you enough! Looks as good as new, WOW, so very pleased. Thank you Doctor Richardson. Beaut ..tee ful work and my worries are gone regarded my damaged tooth.

This place is very good until you catch on to them when they make a mistake and confront them then your a target! Our whole family went here at first they were so nice and amazing... They made a small mistake that we asked about and called our insurance to make sure that we were seeing this correct. We contacted this facility and talk about Jekyll an Hyde!! I do not recommend this place. I have the paperwork showing the mistake on their end and they refuse to fix it. Petty is all I can say to describe this place! Petty!

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this office. I scheduled my initial appointment and cleaning (which I had to wait 2 months for). When I got there, all I got was instruction to reschedule for a series of deep cleanings which would take 4 additional visits (according to them). If my gums need that sort of cleaning, you are telling me that I have to wait an additional 8 months to complete the entire treatment? The condition of my gums is my fault due to my prior smoking habit, but I pay a dentist to fix my gums so that I can move forward. If I go by this dental office timeline, I might as well sign up for dentures now. Perhaps that is their goal? When I complained about the 2 month wait between appointments, the office staff blew me off and acted like it didn't matter or they couldn't do anything about it. The good news for me is that it won't matter when I take my entire family to another office who shows more compassion, care, and attention to clients.

This is a great practice. They have always been great about taking me back quickly, so you won't be in the waiting room long. All the ladies are wonderful, as is Dr. Richardson! He's really fast and efficient. I normally dread the dentist but he was so amazing I'm finally having some old silver fillings redone.

Phenomenal staff, I am always greeted with a friendly face! They make you feel very comfortable and explain everything thoroughly! I would travel far to be seen here! :)

This is a great practice. They have always been great about taking me back quickly, so you won't be in the waiting room long. All the ladies are wonderful, as is Dr. Richardson! He's really fast and efficient. I normally dread the dentist but he was so amazing I'm finally having some old silver fillings redone.

While the office was modern and the overall staff were friendly enough, I was unfortunate to have Dr. Von Feldt as my dentist for the morning. I had my 2.5 year old daughter with me who behaved wonderfully during the entire appointment and she greeted him with a smile and some toddler jargon. He then questioned if she was speaking English, to which is responded that she has a speech disorder. After hearing this he then said, verbatim "well I guess at least she understands her gibberish then we don't need to right?" Then laughed caustically. What kind of person mocks a toddler, especially one who was kind and sweet, for her speech, AFTER he finds out she has a speech disorder? I don't care about the actual cleaning (it was good, but he didn't do it, a very sweet hygienist did), I don't care about how streamlined and clean and modern the office is. Those are all good things. But a practice that hires a man who thinks this kind of behavior is acceptable to a CHILD (who, by the way, heard every word he said, because she can understand language fine), especially one with a known language issue, will not be getting any of our business anymore. I think that kind of cocky behavior is best suited for the corporate world where arrogant persons can talk down to others. But at a family dental practice? Absolutely not. It's appalling, inappropriate, unprofessional, and disgusting. I did call the practice manager, and she said she would speak to him and that he is fairly new. In my opinion, I doubt a verbal slap on the wrist will do much good, the issue runs deeper than that. If you do go there, be sure to request a different dentist if having somebody with a pulse matters to you. I hear the other dentists are nice.

This office is modern with TVs in every room, and the staff is friendly. The dentist I saw was exceptional! His work on my teeth was done with pride, not just get in there and get done. The oral hygienist is really great too. I find myself not being afraid to visit this office, and that's saying a lot!!
