As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
Dr. Blake Ristvedt grew up in West Fargo, ND. During high school he participated in track, cross country, and basketball. Some of his current hobbies are fishing, hunting, biking, downhill skiing and working out. He has completed 2 Bachelor of Science degrees from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Masters of Science from UW-La Crosse. In 2015 he graduated from University of Minnesota Dental School with Distinction. While working in Rice Memorial Dental Clinic he received the Star Award for patient interaction. During his free time in Dental School he volunteered at Union Gospel Mission Dental Clinic and received and Outstanding Volunteer Award.
