Dr. Tak received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Albany in 1994. She obtained her DDS degree from NYU College of Dentistry in 1998, and completed a General Practice Residency at NY Flushing Hospital Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Tak has been practicing General/Family Dentistry in NY and NJ since 1998.
Lisa is our Blairstown native who was born and raised here! She sincerely values each patient like family and makes sure each patient is comfortable and relaxed in the chair before treatment. A fun fact about Lisa: she's also the owner of Village Sundaes, a local ice cream shop in town. When she's not catering to one of her six children, she's either scooping cones,
Dianne has been with the office for almost 12 years- she 's the literal face of this office! Dianne is our insurance and billing coordinator who is responsible for making sure all things related to scheduling, billing, and insurance is handled smoothly. A fun fact about Dianne: she has a 'recipe problem' and cannot stop collecting recipes. Next time you 're in the office, ask her about what she 's cooking today! She currently lives in Blairstown with her husband.

My experience for tooth cleaning at Blairstown Smile Studio could not have been better! My appointment was timely, everyone involved in my tooth process was efficient and courteous! Plus the best part that Blairstown Smile Studio is only about 15 minutes from my house.

I have horrible anxiety about the dentist, but Dr. Yeh made it so wonderful and pleasant. She is gentle and slow. She understood my anxiety and ensured I stayed comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goldsmith's for almost 20 years. I am also a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1974. I refer my friends to his office because I know he provides excellent clinical skills without over treating.
