Blair Family Dental has been located in Cottage Grove since 2003. Our newly renovated office space is at 435 W. Oak Street, Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. The office was designed to give a comfortable homelike feel. With only one dentist and one hygienist you always know who you will be seeing. That personal attention is what we like to receive when we visit other professionals and it is the way we want to treat our patients. Our goal is to provide every patient the opportunity to maximize their oral comfort, health and esthetics. We recognize and acknowledge each patient's individuality and work with you to establish the treatment which will best fulfill your personal goals.
Dr. Blair, a Madison area resident since 1972, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1983. As a general dentist Dr. Blair enjoys the variety of dental services he is able to offer. Dr. Blair has been dedicated to continuing education in order to keep up with the latest materials and techniques. Dr. Blair is active in his church community, loves the outdoors and spending time with his wife Dawn.
Dawn grew up in northern Wisconsin and moved to Madison in 1996. She received her Dental Hygiene degree from MATC in 2004. Dawn became a patient at Blair Family Dental upon locating in Madison and started working here in 2006. When not working Dawn attends numerous sports events to watch her two boys, Adam 13 and Jonathon 11.

I would 100% refer anyone to go to Blair Family Dental. This has been the best Dentist that I have been to in my life.I could not have picked a better place to go it has been fantastic and soothing atmosphere and Dr Blair and Dawn have taken great care of me to solve the issues with my oral hygiene. I truly appreciate everything so far and am super excited to be with them for all my hygiene needs.

I have been going to Blair Family Dental for over 20 years. I will not go any where else. Blair Family Dental is by far the best dentist facility I have ever had the privilege of using. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Donald Blair knows this and is always very attentive and always tells me exactly what he is going to do and if I need a break or anything he is always taking such great care of me! My teeth always feel so much better after a visit! This is a very family oriented facility! I have had Dr. Blair as my dentist for over 25 years. He also was able to diagnose my orthodontic issues ten years ago and apply/monitor my braces. He has special training for this issue. Dr. Blair is professional and honest. His staff is the same - always respectful of the patients. I imagine that every professional will have a bad review here or there - I have nothing but positive experiences to report.

Do not go to this dentist.Had my child there to get teeth pulled for future orthodontist work.He ended up pulling two of the wrong molars.He called the next day and tried to lie to my wife saying he might have pulled one wrong tooth.We had to go to the orthodontist to get the whole thing figured out.He never even apologized.He acted very unprofessional through the whole ordeal.We had to make several calls and trips to get the truth.His insurance company refused to pay for the mistake and except responsibility.The right thing to do would have been to call us in and sit down and talk about it, like a true professional would have done.He is a coward and should not be allowed to practice.We cant believe the way he treated the whole situation and we will never use his services again and you shouldn't either .
