We have been coming to Blackwell dentistry for years now. We love the special things they do to give back to their customers as well as their community. I am always seeing new things there are doing to give back and to interact with their patients and others. The last time we were there we had 3 new dental assistants. We loved all three! Marfa was so thorough with her cleaning. The most Ive personally ever seen an assistant do anywhere on a kid. She taught my kids new things as well as told them the reasons for each thing. It was very educational to them and to me as well. Melody was with my 5 year old and she was so great with her. She really focused on her having fun and enjoying the dentist. She was so great with the kids it made me want to be more patient and better with them as well. I know she was just doing her every day job but you never know who is watching and can be inspired by your attitude. I wasnt in the room with Michaiah but she was very nice and informative when I spoke with her. The ladies at the front desk are as always the sweetest and most helpful. We will continue our business at Blackwell Dentistry for as long as we can, and you should as well!

Jordan has been with Blackwell Dentistry for over 4 years. Jordan is the Front Office Manager and ensures top quality service to all patients who enter the building. All her family is in Michigan which is where she calls Home. What Jordan loves most about Blackwell Dentistry is; the team atmosphere, community involvement, and the way Dr. Neale treats us all like family. When Jordan is away from the office, she can be found having game nights, traveling, working out or watching TV.
Dana has been in the Dental Field for 17years; 8years with Blackwell Dentistry! She has had many years of training and certificates from several different scopes in Dentistry. From Implants to cleanings; she has seen it all. Her favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry is helping people of all ages. I have built friendships with patients and co-workers; very rewarding. When Dana is away from the office she can be found enjoying Lake time with her friends and family. She will be married to her Husband Randy for 35 years in March of 2022. They have 3 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
Josh has been with Blackwell Dentistry for the last 3 years as the Marketing Director. He attended Southern Virginia University. The thing Josh enjoys most about Blackwell Dentistry is working with a doctor who cares about patients more than everything and how much fun the office is. When Josh is away from the office, he can be found golfing or with his Cat Finn. He also spends a lot of time networking in Kay County, going to all the Chamber events, and is shadowing to join a couple of nonprofit boards.
Jessica attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy in 2019. She has also attended Cowley County Community College and Northern Oklahoma College. She has been with Blackwell Dentistry since 2019. The things Jessica enjoys most about being a part of Blackwell Dentistry are; the people she works with, the patients, and the friendships she has built. Away from the office, Jessica can be found spending time with her family, shopping, or watching her children play sports. Jessica is happily married to Daniel and they share 3 beautiful children and 1 dog together; Kaylianna, Kaisen, Kaden, and dog Batman.
Desmond attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy and has been a Dental Assistant since 2019 with Blackwell Dentistry. She is currently certified in Coronal Polishing and Radiation and Safety. She loves building relationships with her patients that will last a lifetime. When Desmond is away from the office, she spends her time binge watching Netflix/Hulu or reading. She enjoys spending time and making memories with her daughter Emory and husband Brandon.
Melody has been in the Dental Field for 9 years. She has been with Blackwell Dentistry for over 5 years. She holds Certifications in Radiation and Safety, Coronal Polishing, Sealants Application, will attend Nitrous Oxide Administration classes in Jan. 2022, and is a Nationally Certified Dental Assistant. Melody was voted as the Outstanding Dental Assistant of the Year for 2021 by the Oklahoma Dental Assistant Association. She is a Board member for the American Dental Assistant Association and the Oklahoma Dental Assistant Society. Melodys favorite thing about working at Blackwell Dentistry is watching her co-workers blossom everyday into someone that they are proud of. She loves the patient interaction and helping people! Away from the office, Melody can be found enjoying music concerts, at the racetrack, attending her childrens sporting events, at the Hominy Lake, or anything outdoors with family and friends. Melody and her husband Sean have 3 children: Sammi, Tinley, and Huxley.
Michaiah holds 3 different Associates Degrees in Dental Assisting, Pre-Dental Hygiene, and Dental Hygiene. She is currently taking more classes for a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene at WSU. Machaiah is a Registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Kansas and Oklahoma. She also holds certifications to administer Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide. She has been in the Dental Field since 2016 and with Blackwell Dentistry for over a year. Michaiahs favorite thing about being with Blackwell Dentistry is the family-like atmosphere; We know how to work hard but also how to have a good time. When she is away from the office, she spends her time with friends, family, and her dog Snyder. She also enjoys golfing with her boyfriend and home improvement projects.
Tiffany attended Custom Dental Assisting School. She has been a Dental Assistant for 9 years and with Blackwell Dentistry for over 6 years. Tiffany holds certifications in Radiation and Safety, Sealants Application, Coronal Polishing, and 16hrs of training in Orthodontics. Tiffanys favorite thing about working for Blackwell Dentistry is meeting new people, helping to calm their nerves, and assisting in transforming smiles! Outside of the office Tiffanys favorite activities include Kayaking, exploring, waterfalls, spontaneous trips, and spending time with friends and family. Tiffany has 3 children: Sydnie, Delanie, and Noah. Tiffany is also the proud Mimi of 2 grandchildren with 1 more on the way.
Taylor attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy this year and is enjoying her time as a growing Dental Assistant with Blackwell Dentistry. Taylor holds a certification in Radiation and Safety. Taylors favorite thing about working for Blackwell Dentistry is building everlasting relationships with her patients and teammates. She loves her teammates willingness to help each other out. When Taylor is away from the office, she spends her time reading, true crime, but especially loves naps! Taylor is the proud mom of 3 children: Ryleigh, Josie, and Sawyer.
Melissa has been with Blackwell Dentistry since 2020. She is an expert in OSHA and runs our State-of-the-Art Sterilization Center. She attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy where she earned her Dental Assistant Permit, CPR cert. and Radiation and Safety Cert. Melissas favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry is her co-workers and building relationships with the patients. When not in the office, Melissa can be found cooking (she loves baking) or reading books.
Talby has been a Dental Assistant since 2015. She has been with Blackwell Dentistry since 2020. She carries certifications in Radiation and Safety, CPR, and Coronal Polishing. Talbys favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry is that everyone here is like family. She loves how well Dr. Neale teaches his team and his Dental techniques. She admires the teamwork in the office and the way the team treats every single patient that walks through the door. Outside of the office Talby can be found with her children outside, shopping, or with family. Talby shares 2 children with her husband Tate; Gateley and Tolson.
Makayla attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy in 2020 where she graduated with her Dental Assisting Permit, CPR Certification, and Radiation and Safety Certification. Kailee holds Certifications in Coronal Polishing, CRP, and Radiation and Safety. She has been a Dental Assistant for 7 years and truly loves what she does. Her favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry is building relationships with the patients and co-workers; she states 'they are like family'. Outside of Blackwell Dentistry, Kailee can be found spending time with her daughter Myla and their dog Smokey Bones.

Amanda has been with Blackwell Dentistry since 2013. Her favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry; 'Knowing everything I do is for the benefit of the patients that we see. Knowing we can give them the best dental care along with taking care of their insurance without it being a hassle towards them. I have met some of the best patients along the way and I have met the best employees that have become friends.' When away from the office Amanda can be found; working out, reading, enjoying church, concerts, spending time with others, or date nights with her husband Robbie. Robbie and Amanda have 2 children; Paxton and Aspen.
